Best prices and inventory in the area. Michael and Chad just delivered our new W/D, Range and DW to our new home. Very professional, efficient and worked quickly. I will definitely drive to Anderson for any future appliance needs. Will recommend to family and friends.
Bought a new washer here today. Way better experience than Lowe's was able to offer. Very professional and helpful employees. I got exactly what I wanted and for a way better deal than what Lowe's had to offer. Definitely will return in the future.
This is more of a warning/information. I purchased a washer and dryer from them about a year ago and Brad (the owner) helped me make my decisions and everyone was wonderful. The dryer, although inspected, had a bad heating element (not my fault). Despite the aggravation of me being alone and not having a truck or trailer and having to disconnect and move it back to their store, they were very helpful and I chose another model. Website does not disclose that their inventory is heavily damaged "scratch and dent" products. Saw a picture of a brand new good looking Maytag dishwasher, drove an hour to the store to buy it only to find a unit that looked like it was dragged down a gravel road for the list price. EDIT: And here we go, the owner coming along trying to imply that I don't know how to use a website. You're advertising photos of brand new un-damaged units on your "Open Box" website, not only is it a photo of a new unit but it's a unit clearly... read more
Staff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain differences in the appliances I was interested in. They even called me when they found what I was looking for. The prices are the best in town. The delivery and install prices beat lowes and home depot. It was a quick and easy transaction and I am extremely pleased with the appliances and my experience in the store. There are still family owned businesses that go up and beyond and this is one of them!
