My refrigerator took its final breaths, and I had to replace it quickly. A repair shop suggested I try Fanning's. I went to the store, and they had an excellent selection. I found the fridge I wanted, and it was $500 less than I would have paid at a big box store (and with the same manufacturer's warranty). Chrissy was friendly, knowledgeably and helpful. Best prices and inventory in the area. Michael and Chad just delivered our new W/D, Range and DW to our new home. Very professional, efficient and worked quickly. I will definitely drive to Anderson for any future appliance needs. Will recommend to family and friends.

This is more of a warning/information. I purchased a washer and dryer from them about a year ago and Brad (the owner) helped me make my decisions and everyone was wonderful. The dryer, although inspected, had a bad heating element (not my fault). Despite the aggravation of me being alone and not having a truck or trailer and having to disconnect and move it back to their store, they were very helpful and I chose another model. The ladies at this store are so knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions I had, they had an answer that made sense unlike Lowes. The store is very welcoming and clean. They didn't follow us around and pressure us. It was very nice being able to look and not be followed around. We were just price checking but I believe we will be giving Fanning's our business when the time comes. Their appliances are discounted and look great.

Had a great experience. I utilized the chat feature on the website to see if they had what I was looking for, she took the time to send me pictures, details and the price. When I got there, told her who I was, we looked it over, and I was there less than 10 minutes. When we returned to pick up, very helpful with loading and strapping everything down good. Easy assembly and hook-up, simple registration process. Cannot say enough good about this store, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
