Bought our first washer and dryer here about 5 years ago. We got a great deal on them and had a great experience with the lady who sold them to us, I wish I could remember her name. But she was very honest and gave us great advice. Since then, we’ve moved with them a couple times, stored them in a garage for a year and a half, and are using them in our new house. Excellent Experience! Everything from shopping at the Fountain Hill store and then on to Easley, every staff person we engaged was helpful and informative and no hovering! They let us shop at our pace after directing us to the refrigerators that met our criteria and then writing up the paperwork went quickly and smoothly. They set up delivery for Monday after the Friday we were in which was quick and the delivery process may have been the best we have ever had! The purchase of my new refrigerator was a wonderful experience. The sales person was knowledgeable and very friendly. The jury is still out on the delivery. I was told that I would be contacted on Wednesday with a delivery time for Friday. I have not heard from anyone yet, it is now 7:14 PM Wed. I will update my review pending delivery of my refrigerator.
We just bought a dishwasher and a dryer at Fanning‘s and were very pleased with the customer service we received from Gabby and Mo! We haven’t even gotten home yet with our appliances, but based on customer service alone, we definitely recommend Fanning’s! Gabby was helpful but not pushy, and Mo was personable and very kind to help us get everything loaded and strapped on a cold, rainy day. Thank you!
The lady that helped us when purchasing our appliances was awesome!!!, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions. The delivery guys were amazing!!!, courteous, respectful, very personable, worked fast and very efficiently, they even gave us some tips on how to work our new appliances.
