Had an emergency and was told to come over immediately. As soon as all paperwork was filled out I was taken back and seen immediately.

Dr. Mason Smith always adjusts his schedule to fit me in when I have an immediate eye problem. It is hard to overstate how appreciated that is.

Dr Mason Smith is the is by far the best optician I have ever been a patient to. Thourogh, knowledgeable, gracious and never is a rush to see the next patient! Dr Smith resolved a long term eye issue, and I will be forever greatful to him. Exceptional!

Family Vision Care is awesome! Dr. Mason Smith and his staff are wonderful! They really take time with each patient. You are not a number. It's very old school customer service which is almost extinct these days.

Dr. Smith saw me on a short notice due to a medical issue with my right eye. He & staff took great care of my situation & reassured me to call back right away if the problem didn't resolve in reasonable
time. You all are just the best! Thank you for all that you do for your patients.
