Let me just say that Cristina is a God send! Her talent shows in everything she does and she truly cares about the client experience. Her team is very kind and professional. Lovely atmosphere and pricing is very fair for the amazing service received. I will definitely return and I love that I can easily book on Fresha!
My entire family goes here. Thamar is my stylist. She is very patient and gentle especially with my son. She is a perfectionist and willing to spend all the time necessary for you to be happy!
There are some good stylists in the salon. However, there is one ,in particular, that it appears is lacking significantly. I had the pleasure of being in the salon for about four hours and was able to watch the work of all the stylists on multiple clients. This one stylist in particular raked through my daughters hair completely dry to detangle. This caused a significant amount of breakage, but by the time I noticed, too much was on the floor. The salon is very clean. A friendly atmosphere. I'm able to book an appointment in a matter of days if not the same day.
My 1st appointment with Nicole at Family Hair was amazing. The place was clean and the music was easy. Nicole was awesome from the shampoo to the cut and style. Most important we started on time with no distractions. I highly recommend.
