We had Ben and Os (Oz?) in our house for a little over a week to replace all the old knob and tube wiring. They were incredible, very kind and relatable, worked diligently and finished the job faster than originally expected. They were respectful of our home, cleaned their work area each day, and were mindful of drilling into the walls - keeping the holes to a minimum, small and neatly made. Josh came to install a main electric disconnect in my 50 year old house. He did a wonderful job. More to that, he is respectful, helpful and personable. One more thing, he informed me when he will arrive - to the minute. (GPS took him on a small detour, that's not his fault!). When someone cares about your time, he respects you. Overall, I am very happy with the service and will recommend this company. Caveat: I have experience with only one technician. Ask for Josh.

I hired Exact to renovate the downstairs of our house to turn it into an apartment. That meant a new additional breaker box upgraded service to the house, and basically wiring and rewiring the whole downstairs. They were excellent. I was the "contractor" for the remodel and they were great to work with through all phases. The electricians did great work, were professional, patient, and friendly. I had a hard-to-diagnose wiring issue at my house. The communication with Exact was very good, especially as they explained strategy at each step. The electricians arrived on time and seemed to work efficiently. I would give five stars except the client intake process (a full contract to be signed and returned) seemed a bit much and I disliked the $25.00 "convenience fee" to pay my invoice online.
