Initially the hiring on the skip was straightforward. However getting in touch by phone meant a lot of different numbers to try and a lot of hanging on the phone for ages, on one occasion 45 minutes. I found this very frustrating. When I did get to speak to someone, I usually found them very helpful. I emphasised pick up day and time was vital to enable me to free up my drive. I had an excellent experience with Enviro Skip Hire. They were friendly and helpful and reasonably priced. They assisted me in choosing the right sized skip, and they were flexible with their delivery and collection dates. The guys who dropped off and picked up the skip were really professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them again.

Rebecca was amazing; she walked me through the skip hiring process and detailed all the options I had. I ordered a wait & load for the following day. The communication was excellent, as the skip driver called me with a 10-minute notice before arriving. The skip was filled within the designated time and then removed. This was my first experience with a wait & load service, and I would definitely recommend Enviro Skip Hire London & Essex for any future projects.

great, friendly helpful customer service every time I have called. I always use this company and every time great results and no problems. other companies I have used they charged more and when the skip got delivered I was told I can only fill it half way. but with enviro skip hire I have had no problems when the skip is delivered and the loading and all the drivers have been amazing. highly recommend

Absolutely highly recommend. Super efficient and reliable when I had been let down by a company. They went over and above to help us and delivered two skips at same time to help us really Jae was so good and responded immediately.
