This company went over and above the service they provided.I had too change the date twice no problem at all. They inform me on timing for delivery and was able too give me the colkect day i wanted at a time that suited me.Delivered and collected with care. Would recommend to anyone also best price i could find.
HIRE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK Hired the skip company and called so many times to confirm that they should come at 3pm and was told by the company that the skip can come at 3pm, instead they came at 10:30am meaning I was not around to ensure what I wanted to go into the skip went inside. They never notified me beforehand that they were not able to make the time requested which they had agreed to, so they just turned up at a time that suited them without notifying me. Complete turn around with service! I’m amending my original review which I gave a one star due to a few issues that arose with our rubbish collection, but after talking with the team (Liam, Sophie and Daryl) the issues were resolved and we were provided with service that really went above and beyond. There was a bit of back and forth but the team were always helpful and polite and you can tell they really do care a lot about their customers and want to do the right thing
Cameron and Daniel were fab with the whole process from start to finish of skip ordering, Right through to after collection.!! Both friendly, informative and willing to answer every question I had. Will definitely be using again. Makes the process of clearing out a loved one’s house a lot easier, when you have professional but friendly staff on board. Thank you!!! I suppose when looking for a skip theres a few things to consider. For me price was the big one and these guys came in at a great price, iv seen the skips in my area before so i trusted the brand. The driver called before delivery, was nice and polite, fast drop off and comms have been good. Id happily use them again. Thank you
