Beautiful dresses but the attendance ladies were not able to assist my mom to find a wedding dress she liked. They only wanted her to spend more money on a dress she didn’t even like. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a wedding dress. Looking for a wedding dress is supposed to be fun they were not able to give off that fun experience. They also cost too much for a dress that has very poor condition and cost way too much for alterations added. We spent almost 2,000 without alterations.

We had the best experience! We were in the search for a quince dress. We had no appointment, we just wanted a visual look. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by everyone. We did not feel pushed to purchase anything. Normally for a dress try on you need an appointment, thankfully Nay was able to fit us in right there. My daughter had an idea of what she wanted and Nay made it happen! Not only in what she wanted but also to fit our budget!! We are so thankful. They will not disappoint! Highly recommended!!

If you need any attire for cocktail or formal events, you should go to Elegancia Bridal. The staff is so special and they make the process so easy. We were able to get everything for my granddaughters quinceañera in one visit and they altered it to perfection. Highly recommend them.

I bought my sister dress for my wedding, it was the ones at the store that are try by other people. This dress came out to $300 dollars, we are home and the dress has the back messed up and is ripped off! The worst thing is that this was dress was a used dress and the owner charged us full price and there is no refund!

The experience was super smooth I let them know my budget and the helped me find exactly what I was looking for
