Run from this company. Was paying almost 6% fees from them which were hidden in different "processing fees". Much better alternatives out there.

So our business has been with EMS for years now. Last year, for some reason there was an issue that we didn't realize until December. When we realized there was an issue we were about to change from EMS. By coincidence, we had an appointment, with the new Sales Manager from the Rosemont, Illinois office, Mohammad Salah. When he arrived for the appointment he came with Gary Lasalla, we explained to them that we were going to be changing our service from EMS and they asked why. We explained what had happened. Nick Minogue helped me set up a credit card processing terminal for my business Roberts Supplies and Equipment Inc. He went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up . He even helped me contact my previous merchant service provider to cancel my previous service with them. I’m looking forward to doing business with EMS in the following years to come.
