So our business has been with EMS for years now. Last year, for some reason there was an issue that we didn't realize until December. When we realized there was an issue we were about to change from EMS. By coincidence, we had an appointment, with the new Sales Manager from the Rosemont, Illinois office, Mohammad Salah. Nick Minogue helped me set up a credit card processing terminal for my business Roberts Supplies and Equipment Inc. He went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up . He even helped me contact my previous merchant service provider to cancel my previous service with them. I’m looking forward to doing business with EMS in the following years to come.
Unfortunately I am locked into a lease with another processor, but one of the managers was incredibly helpful and understanding. He helped me to complete the PCI compliancy, and explained how I could lower my rates. I plan to switch to EMS next year.
I encountered some issues after I signed up but I was very impressed with the way it was all handled and resolved. I would especially like to mention good communication of sales person Mohammed and problem solving efforts of his manager Kris they both turned what might have been a bad experience into a good one.
