I have been working with Joanne from EMS for about 6 months now and our experience has been fantastic. Joanne goes above and beyond for her customers. She went out of her way to figure out how to sync the credit card processing system with our internal CRM system when I think most companies would have told us it wasn’t possible. I highly recommend her to all small businesses to accept credit card. She can save you money and will always make sure you’re experience is top notch.

These scammers have been holding my client's money for almost 2 weeks, claiming they need to "verify the sale." Despite my client providing all requested documentation, they continue to delay and falsely claim they will follow up for verification—yet no contact is ever made. I have just reported the matter to the FBI.
Working with Electronic Merchant systems has been a wonderful experience. They have saved me so much money compared to my other processor that I was using. Jayson has also been very helpful along the way making my transition seamless. I would recommend Electronic Merchant Systems to anyone looking to save money!
Based on 1,000+ Google Reviews? Wow, looks like a scam Terrible experience with this company. We canceled the service with Authorize.net, but EMS is continuing to charge us $110 per month I called them and waited 10 minutes, but then it just hung up
