I have been working with Joanne from EMS for about 6 months now and our experience has been fantastic. Joanne goes above and beyond for her customers. She went out of her way to figure out how to sync the credit card processing system with our internal CRM system when I think most companies would have told us it wasn’t possible. I highly recommend her to all small businesses to accept credit card. She can save you money and will always make sure you’re experience is top notch.

Joanne Is wonderful!!! Electronic Merchant Services is easy and very small business friendly. The install was quick and she was there to handle everything and make sure we were all set up! If you need credit card processing I HIGHLY recommend EMS and Joanne to help you with your business!!!

These scammers have been holding my client's money for almost 2 weeks, claiming they need to "verify the sale." Despite my client providing all requested documentation, they continue to delay and falsely claim they will follow up for verification—yet no contact is ever made. I have just reported the matter to the FBI.

Trillium has been serviced by EMS for several months now. The transition from our previous server was seamless. Jayson Berger is our contact ...very personable & knowledgeable. We are so glad that we made the switch. I would recommend Jayson & EMS to anyone needing credit card processing.
