We have used EMS+ as a card reader service for 1 fundraising event for the past 3 years. We've had nothing but good experiences. When you call in to contact the company, there is a real human being that you talk to and they are very patient, walking you through all you need. Be sure to have your identity info on hand so they can do their job efficiently! Also, their app is VERY helpful when running credit cards at events.

I have been doing business with them for many years. Recently had an issue with the chip reader on machine. They got a replacement out to me the next day and have always been quick with supplies and help. Yes, I recommend them

I had an issue with the chip reader I purchased to run cards, emailed support, the next day a VERY nice lady called me, walked me through getting the device updated, was very patient and solved my problem... and was GREAT to deal with. BIG Thank you!
