We have been using EMS as a credit card processor for a number of years now. Their rates are good, they are keeping up with new technology, and their customer service is excellent: call their 800 number, respond to one menu prompt, and you are connected with a real person, and a real person who cares. I highly recommend them.

Customer service was very helpful in getting the system set up. I was however disappointed to find out that the free swiper was not compatible with my iPhone (using a headset jack). At the time of my purchase, nowhere on the specs did it say that it would not work with my phone. Luckily I had purchased the All-In-One reader and they were able to get me setup in no time. I love the batch reporting and how quickly the cards are processed by the device.
