I have been using EMS for years now. Love their service and lowest fees on the market. I recently had a problem and Drew helped me repair the problem within minutes of answering the call. I read the poor reviews and can't help but laugh because people don't follow instructions or rules regarding setting up the account. EMS does everything right! I have referred a few others who are happy with them also compared to other processors. Keep up the good work!

My new machine wasn’t taking debits. After 3 calls found someone who knew what they were doing. Frustrating but it works now.If customer service isn’t sure they should ask. We lucked out finding the right person.
