I had a problem a few days ago that the machine would not accept charges and would not finalize the day before batches. So nice lady told me I had to get an Ethernet Net Work cable and reset machine with a computer. When I call back I got a great gentleman that walked me through the whole process from my home computer and further set up for warehouse use on a telephone line. When I got to warehouse it worked perfectly. Thank You! Thank you! **** **********

I called to get help with my new MP200 swiper and received the help I needed to get it functioning. I was transferred but the original operator, but he stayed on the line to ensure I was getting the help I needed. The lady I spoke to about the machine was extremely helpful and polite.

We recently called with a problem with the machine and we were sent a new one the next day at no charge! They called us and followed up to help us and make sure that we got the new machine set up with no problem. It was easy because they had programmed it in advance. We are very happy with the service.
