I would highly recommend EMS to all of my clients and business owners. My rep, Ryder Crouch, is just plain amazing. I have called him on his personal cell for day to day issues and emergency issues. He even answered my call on a Friday night at 11:30 and was able to resolve my issue. He handles all of my credit card processing issues. I have always had a positive experience with Ryder and the customer service team.

Both ems+ and swipe simple have excellent customer support. And, the swipe simple is "simple" to use and seems to work well. I highly recommend!
