My husband called and they immediately answered the phone. He went and bought a new washer and dryer under ten minutes. Sales rep wasn’t pushy or rude. They got him onto the schedule for delivery the same exact day in just a few hours. Installation was professional. Had ZERO problems. Total life saver. Our dryer broke last night and we were in a pickle. We checked Home Depot first and would have waited over a month and a half for a dryer. I would recommend this company to anybody!!!!!
Didn't know dryer thermal fuses weren't universal. They set me up with a common one for when I get home and how to check if it's right. It was amazing experience and customer service.
Bought the extended warranty for my Electrolux washer. Service dept took great care of me.
This place is amazing and their customer service is outstanding. I custom-ordered a fridge for someone with Alzheimer's who insisted on being involved in every aspect of the process. The whole situation was a moving target so-to-speak, but despite our multiple phone calls (and an in-store visit) over a 2-1/2 month period, Ben and the other people we spoke with there were completely understanding and patient with our situation.
