We have purchased most of our appliances from Eklund's and have always been satisfied with their service. We recently purchased a new range not only was Ben was helpful in the sale of the range, the delivery guys did a great job installing it. It was a difficult installation to say the least! The doors had to be taken off of the refrigerator including the door with the ice maker in order to make enough room for it to get into the correct space. We appreciated their knowledge and professionalism in getting the job done!

Customer service was great, guys installed fridge & dishwasher with few hickups. However, ive been using this Bosch dishwasher for 2 years now & I hate it. Thought it was just new & I'd get used to it. Nope. It is total crap, doesn't dry anything, not just plastics, alot of times it leaves residue on dishes. I'm a wash before I wash person, but even if I wasn't, I don't trust this garbage, I wish I'd spent a bit more $$ & got a product that worked.

Outstanding 5 Star service. We went looking for a dishwasher and from the time we bought it to installation it was service par excellence. I have to say that Tyson who installed our dishwasher was excellent too. Tyson was extremely efficient and checked his at each step creating a flawless installation. Mike & Hattie
