I had a great experience with Dr. Felicia Johnson at Rogers Ear, Nose and Throat Center of the Ozarks. She was very friendly and took the time to ask a lot of questions to really understand my situation. I appreciated how thorough she was and the awesome feedback she provided to help me better manage my allergies. I left the appointment feeling listened to and with a clear plan moving forward. Highly recommend her!
Great service. My audiologist was kind and patient as she taught me to set up my hearing aids. She made size adjustments to insure a perfect fit that was both comfortable and secure.
Dr. Sloneker is the absolute best! He listens and cares, he is brilliant and I wouldn't trust anyone else. You might have to wait a little bit for your appointment but he is definitely worth the wait! Dr. Johnson was a joy. She made me very comfortable, asked a lot of questions to make sure she had a full understanding of what I was dealing with, was very validating, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. I always get anxious about going to medical practices that I haven’t been to before since it seems so many places just want you in and out, don’t really fix your issue, and then slap you with a huge bill, but that could not be further from the case here. Very glad I chose to go to her!
While the ENT practice is commendable, I am concerned about the lack of prior notification regarding my coverage status and the maximum diagnostic benefit for the year. Regrettably, this information was provided after the procedure was completed, leaving me with no option to cancel. As an elderly senior with a limited budget, I was unable to cover the medical expenses, necessitating the involvement of my Power of Attorney.
