At 61 and years of doctor appointments I will say this was the most thorough and informative experience I have ever experienced. All my questions where answered in understandable terms and nothing was pushed on me as far as surgery and or medications. I will give this practice 5 stars and I will use them in the future if any more issues arise. I was seen for inner ear issues and Nasal deviations.
We found out that our insurance didn't cover a hearing aid purchased through them and needed records transferred. It's going on four weeks and they have done nothing. I've need to reschedule with the new office four time because of their lack of responding. It's disgraceful the way they are handling this situation. I am a veteran, and I was referred to ENT of the Ozarks for an appointment on, June 2, 2026. I was disappointed with the service that I received. The experience was similar to going to a fast-food restaurant, as in “let’s get this burger flipped and out the door.” The ENT doctor explained to me that I needed to “pop” my ears two to three times a day as a remedy. My first visit. I was impressed with Dr. Siebenmorgen and Dr. Sloneker. I left understanding the issues with my ears and I enjoyed working with both. In addition to their expertise we enjoyed a personal rapport. I'm sticking with them!
I was actually called back BEFORE my appointment time! Staff was very kind. Dr. Johnson took her time and was extremely nice! Would highly recommend!
