I can’t say I’ve had many pleasant experiences in doctor’s offices lately, but seeing Dr. Felicia Johnson at ENT of the Ozarks was a breath of fresh air. She treated our daughter years ago, and when I recently needed an ENT after several weeks of ongoing health issues, I immediately thought of her—and I’m so glad I did. My first visit to an ENT and I couldn’t be more pleased! Staff was great, Dr. Johnson took time to explain everything to me and to make me comfortable. Came out with an all clear, but, if needed I would definitely return. Thank you!
We had such difficulty finding a doctor who would see my husband. One call to ENT and he was seen in two days. Dr. Vaughn was so nice, very impressive bedside manner, and he discovered a more concerning condition and will see my husband regularly to keep a watch. Very proactive. Highly recommend!
We found out that our insurance didn't cover a hearing aid purchased through them and needed records transferred. It's going on four weeks and they have done nothing. I've need to reschedule with the new office four time because of their lack of responding. It's disgraceful the way they are handling this situation. Mandy is professional and takes time to make sure the patient understands the hearing assessment. She strives to make sure the hearing aid fitting is comfortable and explains how the hearing aids work in great detail. Our experience was good from start to finish.
