Had a wonderful, pleasant experience the ladies in the office were very professional very kind. Dr Vaughn was wonderful as usual explained everything thoroughly to me The audiologist was very nice very professional and explained everything to me very thoroughly. Had a very pleasurable time at my visit today thank you so much.
I saw Dr. Sloneker today and was VERY impressed with his knowledge and insight into the issues I have been having. I feel I may see some improvement in the direction he has sent me. I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel I have been lost in! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
The entire staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took time to explain what they were doing and why throughout my entire visit. Additionally, they listened to, and responded to, my concerns and questions during the tests, procedures, and diagnosis. I am extremely satisfied with my care and service.
Dr Johnson is absolutely amazing! Staff is awesome and friendly. She really took great care of my son and was very thorough explaining everything. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!
The Audiologist I had today was wonderful. Explained everything in detail and was very patient. The receptionist was very pleasant and kind. I can’t wait to have my implant!!
