Dr Vaughn and his nurse were both very good. He answered my questions and we are going to try a new script. Katie called and explained the info on prescription. Satisfied with my first appt - thank you.
Dr. Vaughn was awesome! He has great bedside manners and explains everything fully. He did a in-office procedure on me and he explained it step by step. I was so nervous but he calmed my fears by talking with me and always stopping to make sure I'm ok. Very carful and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Vaughn.
Front desk lady was not very friendly not only with me but with other patients that were coming in especially towards elderly people who couldn’t find the clinic nor use the iPad to complete paperwork. Was walked to my exam room by assuming who was the medical assistant and she was very polite very friendly in exam room. Got great care from Ozark ENT. Amanda is very diligent and caring. It was obvious she prepared for every appointment to get my hearing aids adjusted properly. Very good experience!
