We had such difficulty finding a doctor who would see my husband. One call to ENT and he was seen in two days. Dr. Vaughn was so nice, very impressive bedside manner, and he discovered a more concerning condition and will see my husband regularly to keep a watch. Very proactive. Highly recommend!
My first visit. I was impressed with Dr. Siebenmorgen and Dr. Sloneker. I left understanding the issues with my ears and I enjoyed working with both. In addition to their expertise we enjoyed a personal rapport. I'm sticking with them!
My first visit to an ENT and I couldn’t be more pleased! Staff was great, Dr. Johnson took time to explain everything to me and to make me comfortable. Came out with an all clear, but, if needed I would definitely return. Thank you!
First visit went very well. Would be 5 star but it was my first time. Dr Johnson was very professional and put a game plan together to diagnose my sinus issue. Can't wait to get this sinus issue figured out.
We found out that our insurance didn't cover a hearing aid purchased through them and needed records transferred. It's going on four weeks and they have done nothing. I've need to reschedule with the new office four time because of their lack of responding. It's disgraceful the way they are handling this situation. It's been four weeks and they haven't responded to my requests and well as the other office, patients beware. I originally gave a very positive review but this is getting ridiculous.
