At 61 and years of doctor appointments I will say this was the most thorough and informative experience I have ever experienced. All my questions where answered in understandable terms and nothing was pushed on me as far as surgery and or medications. I will give this practice 5 stars and I will use them in the future if any more issues arise. I was seen for inner ear issues and Nasal deviations.

All the staff were nice. I wasn’t there a long time but I didn’t feel herded through like cattle either. My audiology tests were quick and thorough. And my time with the ENT doc was very productive.

I had a great experience with Dr. Felicia Johnson at Rogers Ear, Nose and Throat Center of the Ozarks. She was very friendly and took the time to ask a lot of questions to really understand my situation. I appreciated how thorough she was and the awesome feedback she provided to help me better manage my allergies. I left the appointment feeling listened to and with a clear plan moving forward. Highly recommend her!

I saw Amanda Star who is an audiologist at ENT of the Ozarks. She has been working with me using my hearing aides. She is very knowledgeable about my hearing deficit and how to improve my hearing with the use of hearing aides. She is very courteous and most receptive of my concerns and requests. The entire staff has always shown professionalism and a desire to make good use of the time at the clinic. I would recommend ENT of the Izarks without reservation.
