I recently called in need of hearing aid domes, a simple, cheap, but essential piece of medical equipment. Unfortunately, I was informed that they would not sell them to me because I am not a patient of their practice. The office is conveniently located off the highway so it was easy to find! The office was new and clean which I appreciated. They were quick to get me back for my 4 year old to be seen. They were thorough with their exam and gave me options and possible timelines for next steps. I am very relieved I found an office I can trust and feel good about! Staff was very courteous and professional. My appt was on time with no delay. Everything about my hearing test and the results was thoroughly explained. Wonderful place!
Dr Felicia Johnson takes the time to review test results findings. She communicates genuine caring for patients and her vast amount of medical knowledge. The office atmosphere is upbeat. Doctor and staff communicate with patients well. Audiologist Dr Mary O'Brien relieved my uncertainty about getting hearing aids. Let's face it.....no one wants them. But when I saw what Mary presented and suggested (Oticon) and text wore them for 3-4 hours I was convinced this for me. We now just need to pick the latest model and feat... read more
Dr. Slaniker snaked a laryngoscope down my nose! How cool is that? He and his assistant were professional and personable, efficient and even a bit charming. If you've got an ears, nose or throat problem I highly recommend ENT Center of the Ozarks.
