The office is conveniently located off the highway so it was easy to find! The office was new and clean which I appreciated. They were quick to get me back for my 4 year old to be seen. They were thorough with their exam and gave me options and possible timelines for next steps. I am very relieved I found an office I can trust and feel good about! Dr Felicia Johnson takes the time to review test results findings. She communicates genuine caring for patients and her vast amount of medical knowledge. The office atmosphere is upbeat. Doctor and staff communicate with patients well. Audiologist Dr Mary O'Brien relieved my uncertainty about getting hearing aids. Let's face it.....no one wants them. I love Dr. Johnson. I had a rock hard ball of wax in my right affecting my hearing and I was going to the opera the following evening and she removed it within minutes for me and it was painless
Absolute best experience ever!! Dr. Johnson was amazing and cleared up any questions/concerns we had. If your kiddo needs to see an ENT go see them!!
