I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. During my visit, a staff member (possibly a medical assistant or nurse, as she did not identify herself) behaved in a way that felt unprofessional and inappropriate. She made comments about my personal life that were unnecessary and outside the scope of her role. Today was my first time visiting the clinic and they were great, from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. Typical appointments at a specialist seem to take much, much longer than they should. However, today I was in and out of my appointment, with more work than I had an anticipated (which was necessary) in less than 90 minutes. I saw Brittany for ear wax removal and she was truly excellent. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and she clearly wanted to get to the root cause of what was going on rather than just treating the surface issue. She took her time, explained things well, and made the visit feel thoughtful and unhurried. The other doctors and nurses were also great—professional, attentive, and clearly focused on patient care. Walked in, the office smelt great. The staff was very friendly.. Was in and out quickly as well. The audio-ologist who saw my son, was amazing. Very friendly and so good with him. I wish I could remember her name. Anyways, great place. Would definitely recommend 10/10!!

Had my first visit today. Beautiful office, staff was friendly and Dr Vaughn was great! He took the time to listen to my issues and was thorough. Very pleased with the plan put in place for my care going forward. Would highly recommend...
