Great experience!! I had an ear issue and thought I would have to wait a week or two to see someone. I had already been to Mercy Urgent Care and that was a waste of time and money. All the staff was friendly and efficient. Brittany was the best!! She was knowledgeable and very efficient and fun to talk with. I highly recommend ENT Center of the Ozarks.

Had my first visit today. Beautiful office, staff was friendly and Dr Vaughn was great! He took the time to listen to my issues and was thorough. Very pleased with the plan put in place for my care going forward. Would highly recommend...

I loved the experience ❤️The staff are customer friendly and professional! I was seen by 3 experts in hospital and I liked the collaboration between them. I received services that really made my diagnosis and treatment more easier and I was psychologically and physically satisfied. It was my first time to see the ENT specialist and I felt that my needs were met. If this is how you treat other clients, Kudos and be blessed.

VERY friendly front desk ppl. Helped my young son with tubes and also helped him when he wasnt feeling good. I cant thank them enough for helping my son live a better life. Dr. Lollar is a great person!!

Best way to describe my experience is seemless. Staff is excellent; focused, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Dr. Vaughn answered questions in a manner and fashion that I greatly appreciated. He spoke to me directly with clarity and understanding that my concerns were valid. I'd recommend this group, especially Dr Vaughn, to anyone, and this was my first visit.
