Doctor was very professional. He seemed really knowledgeable. We were extremely happy so far with doctors office. He also had good personality. He spent adequate time with us. Wait time could be my only complaint. I would rather wait and have a good doctor.
Everyone there was polite and helpful. I didn't wait long, got there about 15 minutes early to do paperwork for them as they didn't have my history. At first, the tablet they handed me would not recognize my name. After the third try, a more tech minded woman took it and when she handed it back, it was connected to my account. The office staff was very professional, and the wait time was very short. There was no paperwork to fill out because I was encouraged to go to the patient portal a week or so before my appointment to complete the paperwork. I went to another doctor's office the previous day, and they handed me pages of documents to complete after I arrived for my appointment. Had a pleasant experience from the very start . The receptionist was darling, helpful, and fun! I didn’t have to wait, and I saw the doctor almost immediately. Best part of it. I received a diagnosis and a solution and it’s working already.A five star clinic!
This was my first visit at this clinic. Dr. Johnson was great! She was so attentive and very knowledgeable in the issues I am having. She immediately suggested things to try to correct the issue. I highly recommend seeing her for any ENT issue!
