Best office visit ever! Everyone is really nice, Five minute wait time, was in before my appointment time. Dr. Johnson is friendly, down to earth, listens and no rushing you! What a doctor should be
My PC Dr sent me over in an emergency type situation. They got me in quickly. Treated me very efficiently and sent me on my way. These folks at ENT are amazing. My husband sees another doctor in this building and is pleased with the service from this clinic as well!
My sinuses have greatly improved due to Dr. Lollar. I have seen several ENTs over the years, but he was the only one to make a difference. He answered my questions and gave me confidence to have a surgery. I'm so glad that a doctor of his caliber is in our area.
Appointments every 3 months are on time, only 1 or 2 times have I waited past my time. Nursing staff always friendly. Front desk helpful at check-in and check-out. They have a great staff of doctors for the various ENT needs!
I want to thank the staff at ENT of the Ozarks for their excellent care and recovery of my Inspire Implant. They anticipated my questions and concerns and addressed everything before I could voice them. And I especially want to acknowledge KATIE for going above and beyond to make sure my surgery was paid for by my insurance after it got rescheduled! She called my insurance so many times I bet they're on first name basis by now. Thanks Katie, and the entire staff at ENT for a pleasant experience!
