Best way to describe my experience is seemless. Staff is excellent; focused, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Dr. Vaughn answered questions in a manner and fashion that I greatly appreciated. He spoke to me directly with clarity and understanding that my concerns were valid. I'd recommend this group, especially Dr Vaughn, to anyone, and this was my first visit.
My son had an urgent concern that needed to be addressed before he got really sick, and when we couldn’t get in with the hospital to see the ENT, we called ENT Center of the Ozarks. They were so kind and quick to respond and got us in the next day. We usually see Dr Vaughn and he is wonderful, but for the work-in appt today we saw Dr Sloneker and he was also wonderful! They are so knowledgeable, helpful, caring, detail-oriented, and easy to get ahold of.
Outstanding experience from the front desk to the exam room with the doctor and nurse. Was seen for a same day appointment, explanations were clear and felt the Dr was very knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis. Very grateful to find this clinic and this doctor. Definitely recommend!
extremely happy with ENT center of the Ozarks. I have been trying to get an appt at other places and they were able to get me in so quick. Its such a relief. they were so nice and helpful. i would recommend them a thousand times over
Dr. Johnson was very polite and professional. I came to her as my past ENT was not sharing information or recording images. Dr. Johnson answered all my questions, explained the video images she took and listened attentively to my concerns. Very happy with the clinic.
