Everyone there was polite and helpful. I didn't wait long, got there about 15 minutes early to do paperwork for them as they didn't have my history. At first, the tablet they handed me would not recognize my name. After the third try, a more tech minded woman took it and when she handed it back, it was connected to my account. Dr. Sloneker informed me of what my procedure was going to be and what to expect when I was out of surgery. His P.A. met with me Friday and removed my stitches and advised me about the next steps in my procedure. It's going to take some time but I'm confident that I'll be very satisfied with the final result. I go to church with one of his patients and she has been very encouraging and her results are fantastic. I would definitely recommend Ear Nose & Throat Center of the Ozarks.
ENT has always provided very professional and experienced care to me. Nurse Brittany Akers was very knowledgeable and considerate in our meeting today. I appreciate her compassionate attitude in examining my ears and her positive diagnosis and recommendation for caring for them.
I had high hopes for this practice given the online reviews, but my experience didn’t match the ratings at all. • Front desk/reception: The receptionist was not very responsive or recriprocative which made scheduling and the long waiting period even more stressful. I am pleased with Dr. Felicia who seemed to recall me from an office exam a number of years ago. She willingly accommodated me for a treatment this month that wasn't used for my particular dysphonia when I originally saw her. She also called in another professional staff to observe during the physical exam of my voice pattern who was also quite pleasant and helpful.
