I didn’t want to go in the first place but needed a check up real bad. I got coerced into paying my full balance before I left. Talked to 3 women before I had to set my foot down and say I’m only paying the portion because not everyone has the money to get regular healthcare and they should know that. Payed 100$ because I was feeling generous with money I don’t have. They are now going to auto draft my bank account on a date I gave them to pay the rest. Extortion at its finest. Not recommended
All employees were very friendly and helpful. Especially Danielle.Helped to get all I needed to get my appointment. Dr. And Nurse nurse knowledgeable for patient questions. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENT
Dr Johnson was very personal and professional. She was very thorough with my examination and answered lots of questions for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson if you’re looking for an excellent ENT in Northwest Arkansas.
Everyone there was polite and helpful. I didn't wait long, got there about 15 minutes early to do paperwork for them as they didn't have my history. At first, the tablet they handed me would not recognize my name. After the third try, a more tech minded woman took it and when she handed it back, it was connected to my account. ENT has always provided very professional and experienced care to me. Nurse Brittany Akers was very knowledgeable and considerate in our meeting today. I appreciate her compassionate attitude in examining my ears and her positive diagnosis and recommendation for caring for them.
