They were quick to get us in, quick to call after getting a referral for us, quick to set up an appointment and then the day after setting up appointment they called to get us in the very next day since I requested to be added to a waiting list for my daughter to be seen sooner. They were very nice, polite, informative and thorough. I highly recommend them and Dr. Lollar and appreciate them working with us to get it taken care of quickly!
Love the clinic everyone is so nice patient and understanding. They spent time explain why they are doing and what the results will be. Love Dr Johnson. I drive from LR to her every 4 months wouldn’t go to anyone else.
Read the other - recent - 1-star reviews and do yourself and your kids a favor by going somewhere else. My wife came home in tears yesterday after her appointment with my son. After waiting for over 45 minutes (not even close to the worst part of the experience), my son was taken back for examination and was physically restrained by the nurse/assistant as tubes were inserted into his nose. I was very thankful they were able to squeeze me in before my flight, Dr. Lollar is insightful and knowledgeable. He recommended some actions I could take to have a smoother trip as I was having some ear discomfort. I’m extremely thankful for this information as I’ve had some problems in the past during travel.
Initially there was some miscommunication and some room for improvement, but Dr Vaughn and his team have been these best. Dr Vaughn, funny, professional, and incredibly approachable, thank you for taking care of something that has plagued me for almost 10 years. After leaving the office today and having a surgical drain removed, I feel much better. Keep doing what you do! And Dr Vaughn thank you for being amazing. 🫶🏻
