What a great experience here! After struggling for a year, trying to figure out why my voice was changing and struggling with it. I finally got an answer. After being told by another Ent that I had reflux, I kept investigating because I didn’t think that was right and I landed upon Dr. Felicia Johnson. Is a very stressful and embarrassing disorder so I’m happy to be in Her hands. Everyone was very professional, and I look forward to returning for more treatments.
I saw Dr. Sloneker for my thyroid nodule. He took the time to listen to my concerns, was very knowledgeable, and had great bedside manner. He did both my biopsy and my hemithyroidectomy. As soon as the Steri-Strip came off, the incision wasn’t even really noticeable! (the picture was taken within 24 hours of taking the Steri-Strip off) All of my friends and family have commented on what an amazing job he did! I cannot recommend him enough!
It had been two years since I'd needed to visit here, but they worked me in to the schedule quickly. Everything about this place is so professional -- signing in at the desk, the staff member taking information, the doctors. Competent and caring. I will keep coming back here, even though it is geographically inconvenient for me.
Dr. Felicia Johnson is wonderful. She explains everything to make sure you understand it and answers any and all questions you might have. Her staff are just as wonderful and helpful.
Went in to get a new sleep study referral after weight loss surgery to see if my settings needed to be changed. Girls up front are apathetic. Office staff continuously dropped the ball on scheduling, had to make several calls to push things along get the sleep study scheduled. Same thing to get results. On the day we went over my sleep study results I was told I had a deviated septum and surgery could help but as for sleep study results, id have to go back to the sleep study team.
