I came to visit Dr. Manning. I had a good experience. The girls upfront were helpful with checking me in, and checking me out. I did arrive 30 minutes early to my appointment like they asked, and thankfully they were able to get me in earlier than my scheduled time. Dr. Manning did a great job walking me through our appointment and future appointments, I felt comfortable and he made sure he answered my questions before I left. I arrived ahead of my scheduled appointment time. Prior to my arrival, the necessary paperwork had been conveniently sent to my email for completion. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a highly courteous and professional secretary. I presented my driver's license and insurance card, which were promptly scanned and reviewed. Everyone, from nurse to audiologist to doctor, were very professional and knowledgeable. They ALL went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the care I was receiving and that I was made aware of everything they were doing and why. They made every effort to make sure that I understood everything they were telling me. I highly recommend.
I’m a patient of Dr. Manning. I have had the best care and success with his work . I had several serious issues that he helped heal. My visit at Dr. Mannings office was very pleasant. I was checked in promptly and shortly after took a hear test. Saw Dr. Manning and got my questions answered a long with an ear check. I would highly recommend this office. Friendly and professional staff. Thank you very much.
