First visit. Nice office and location, with easy access from interstate. Staff was professional and accommodating. Dr. Sloneker was friendly and energetic. He clearly explained everything in relation to my possible procedure, along with his goals and intentions. I felt at ease and in good hands, with a clear plan.

I saw Dr. Sloneker for my thyroid nodule. He took the time to listen to my concerns, was very knowledgeable, and had great bedside manner. He did both my biopsy and my hemithyroidectomy. As soon as the Steri-Strip came off, the incision wasn’t even really noticeable! (the picture was taken within 24 hours of taking the Steri-Strip off) All of my friends and family have commented on what an amazing job he did! I cannot recommend him enough!

What a great experience here! After struggling for a year, trying to figure out why my voice was changing and struggling with it. I finally got an answer. After being told by another Ent that I had reflux, I kept investigating because I didn’t think that was right and I landed upon Dr. Felicia Johnson. Is a very stressful and embarrassing disorder so I’m happy to be in Her hands. Everyone was very professional, and I look forward to returning for more treatments.

Dr Johnson is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She is great to work with in the office and has completed two surgeries for me as well. Both went as smooth as I could have ever hoped for. I couldn’t be happier with the care provided!

I came here for earwax removal, paid $119 upfront, just for APRN Brittany Akers to look in my ears and tell me they're fine and to buy some OTC nasal spray. Then they billed my insurance and got paid 100% by them too, only to refund me a portion of what I paid them initially. Shady billing practices. These people don't care about patients, they're just there to get paid.
