Mark is the guy to call. So knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Stayed over 3 hours because he wants it done right and I want to thank him for that. I will recommend him to everyone.

A big thank you to Appliance Empire, not only for having the parts that I needed to fix my dryer problem but more for the knowledge and years of experience.
By the discoloration of my dryer heater element Empire Appliance was able to tell me that there was a bigger problem then just the element.
Sure enough after taking his advice in contacting dryer vent wizard. Mark Spurgeon came over the next morning inspected the dryer vents running under the house did pressure testing and cleaned out the vents.
Very professional and now clothes dries faster and also not having to worry about the worst outcome that can happen if you don't clean your vents out.

Mark Spurgeon is the guy to call if you have any kind of dryer vent problem. His attention to the details and customer service were great! I'd highly recommend him to anyone who hates climbing behind heavy appliances; hanging upside down, while inhaling dust and lint; loosening and tightening clamps; and experiencing and expressing frustration when the exhaust tubing doesn't fit together as planned. This may be the best money I ever spent on laundry!
