Called to announce his ETA beforehand. Quite friendly. Reviewed his estimate before beginning and was within the original range given. Very transparent during the process. Encountered an impassable blockage left by a previous duct service requiring disassembly and reassembly of the ducting and an additional 35 - 45 minutes on site. VERY service oriented and even with the additional effort involved, stuck to his original estimate. John replaced my entire dryer venting system which was a total mess! He did an excellent job explaining everything involved. It was obviously needed and if you ever need dryer vent service, check them out. It wasn't inexpensive but definitely preferable to the messy and hazardous alternative of doing nothing.

John did an amazing job. My entire vent system needed to be replaced. The quality of workmanship was obvious. The system may never need to be replaced. Not only did replace the system, but he cleaned the lint from the dryer and utility room in places I didn't think of.
