We purchased a large picture we saw on line. My wife called the store and had some questions about the picture. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the piece. We ordered it and showed up in a couple of days. The pick up process was extremely easy. If you haven't been in this store, they have a ton to offer. Great staff !
I had a wonderful experience at Dream Home! I was looking for furniture and accessories for my Airbnb and Cole and Quinn were both extremely helpful and friendly. I got great deals and the selection was good - and they didn’t pressure me AT ALL! I will shop here first the next time I need stuff.
Great customer service and prices. From Ben helping to answer all my questions when looking for furniture, and ordering what I want/need; to Cole who kept me informed on delivery, though delayed, he upgraded us to free set-up upon delivery to compensate for the delay in arrival. Ben and another delivery man were fast and efficient on setting things up, being careful of our tight squeeze to get the furniture in our house - not to mention they delivered it on a day when it was 19 below zero, with a windchill of minus 45! I just picked up the most beautiful, comfortable, well built countertop stools from Cole at Dream Home Furniture. Bailey and Cole carefully loaded them for me in my truck. Excellent customer service, great quality and the Amish built stools are unbeatable. Did I mention the Cole at Dream Home helped me pick the style and colors. I told him what I was envisioning and he delivered!! Definitely going back here for all my home furnishings.
We have purchased a couple of items now for our house. Each time we have been very thrilled with the customer service, attention to listening and convenience in getting exactly what we have wanted. Could not be more happy and have encouraged those I know to shop here. You wont be disappointed
