I love going to Dr. Birelys office. April is the most knowledgeable esthetician I have ever experienced and she actually cares about your skin and the best results for you. Very thorough. Melissa always gives the exact results that I am looking for and always leaves me looking younger! The front desk girls are always very friendly and helpful. The office is very up to date and clean and welcoming. I will always recommend this business to everyone that I know!!!!

I freely admit that I have canceled appointments. However, it has typically been within their cancelation period of 24 hours, except for this last time when I literally tested for COVID the night before. I should have gone in sick. But I canceled, and then proceeded to volley messages back and forth. When I received the confirmation call today—72 hours in advance—I was willing to pay the deposit.
