I truly appreciate the Doug Crawford Insurance Agency in Ojai! My family has been with them since I was 18-19 years old. I am 43 now. A great team who is not condescending or abrupt. They always call if a payment was missed…(because I am horrible at checking my mail). I trust this insurance agency and I would highly recommend them to others. They are also very transparent and honest when the prices go up. I feel that I can ask them anything, and get an honest answer. Thank You Doug Crawford Insurance Agency

I have done A LOT of shopping around to reduce my car insurance rate, with no luck until my friend told me to call Doug Crawford insurance. Bingo! Brandon found me a different carrier with the same coverage!

Bryan has gone out of his way to help me find insurance for my place since my former one canceled me . He explains things in detail to you and makes sure you are covered. I would recommend this agency .
