Doornbos is nothing short of a class act company all the way around. We recently had a new furnace and A/C combo system installed, and we couldn't be happier. Chris M., our sales person, and Julie in the office were fantastic to work with during the estimate process, as well as after the proposal was signed and sealed. They employees are wonderful to deal with. I was given prompt service. They worked me into their schedule knowing that my furnace stopped working. Everyone, from the office staff to the installers I dealt with were pleasant and patient with me. I find them knowledgeable and honest. I felt that they truly had my best interest. They loaned me a space heater until they were able to get the parts for my furnace (which only took them a day). I highly recommend them. We had our furnace and air conditioning replaced and one service call. We are so happy we went with this company. From the first interaction in our kitchen to installation to service they have been professional and yet personable. I like that they have Union workers, that’s important to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Doornbos. FYI Jimmy was are service person and he was great!!!

I had to have my furnace and AC replaced. After an extensive search, I chose Doornbos over my previous service provider due to their responsiveness to customers who have complaints. I was not disappointed! The first tech they sent out laid it all out for me and gave me my options. Chris followed up quickly, and went over all service and finance information. I want to give kudos to Paul Wangler! He came out to my house on an emergency call and was straight forward , professional and personable. My whole family was very comfortable with him. He definitely needs recognition for being an outstanding Service tech for your company!! Thank you Paul!
