Each Doornbos employee that came to the house was professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. Dino the service technician explained the issue with the furnace. Within an hour Frank Ryan came over to explain the options for a new furnace and A/C. Tim and Al handled the installation beginning at 8am and completing by mid afternoon. I highly recommend Doornbos.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. It was a very hot Oct 3,2025 when my tech Shawn Bensinger arrived at my house at 8:30 am. Both my main furnace and addition furnace had its annual Fall checkup. Shawn was very reassuring that he would be able to service me despite that he had to turn up the furnaces , individually. I questioned him about our very old humidifier because it wasn’t working properly last Winter season of 2024. We talked about humidifiers and we went with a more updated model of our current system. This was the best service I've ever received for any home repair. Anthony is an extremely knowledgeable and professional service technician. He did a very thorough examination of our air conditioning system and explained everything he was doing in an an understandable manner. He identified the problem right away and fixed it promptly. Great customer service from beginning to end. From the home advisor Chris May, to the office team Julie, and the great installation team Nick & Jamien. These young men came into my home with respect, got the job done, answered all questions and took us through the process of what was done and how to maintain it. I have no complaints at this time.
