What a great experiance it was to work with Doornbos replacing my furnace and AC. I can't say enough about the representatives that I had contact with (Frank Ryan/sales rep, Tim Boker and Andres/installers). Frank's knowledge and "no pressure sale' was GREAT! Our family has used Doornbos for decades, dating back to when we lived in the city. We were so impressed by them that we continued to use them after moving to the far flung suburbs 25 years ago. Every technician who’s visited our home has been outstanding. Most recently, we’ve dealt with Ashley for the last few maintenance checks. She does great work, is very thorough and efficient and personable too. She explains everything clearly. Their office staff is also kind and helpful and they have fair pricing.

Our experience with Doornbos has been a very positive experience from sales to installation and any follow up. Every employee that we encountered was always friendly and helpful, no matter what the questions might be. Jacob, Dino, and Anthony in the field have gone above a beyond. Julie,Colleen, and the rest of the office staff were willing to listen and made every attempt to “brighten our day”.It all started with Anthony (the other Anthony) who sold us on the product and the company.
