Our family has used Doornbos for decades, dating back to when we lived in the city. We were so impressed by them that we continued to use them after moving to the far flung suburbs 25 years ago. Every technician who’s visited our home has been outstanding. Most recently, we’ve dealt with Ashley for the last few maintenance checks. She does great work, is very thorough and efficient and personable too. She explains everything clearly. Their office staff is also kind and helpful and they have fair pricing.

What a great experiance it was to work with Doornbos replacing my furnace and AC. I can't say enough about the representatives that I had contact with (Frank Ryan/sales rep, Tim Boker and Andres/installers). Frank's knowledge and "no pressure sale' was GREAT! Also the installers Tim Boker and Andres were friendly, professional and also knowledgeable. Could not believe the job these guys did. We've been using Doornbos for furnace and air conditioning maintenance for 24 years. We've always had excellent service. And through the years they've only improved. Our recent service maintenance for our air conditioner was excellent and thorough. Mr. Garcia was efficient, polite and answered all my questions. Thank you 😊

I had their techs out for a service and a quote. The techs were very professional and personal. Communication was good and clear. The quotes are around the price I expected. The entire market price is too high but that’s not Doornbos’s fault. They did offer three options and explain the differences. We’re still getting quotes to make a decision but I think Doornbos has the expertise and experience to be the front runner. People are more important than hardware.
