I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Each Doornbos employee that came to the house was professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. Dino the service technician explained the issue with the furnace. Within an hour Frank Ryan came over to explain the options for a new furnace and A/C. Tim and Al handled the installation beginning at 8am and completing by mid afternoon. I highly recommend Doornbos.
It was a very hot Oct 3,2025 when my tech Shawn Bensinger arrived at my house at 8:30 am. Both my main furnace and addition furnace had its annual Fall checkup. Shawn was very reassuring that he would be able to service me despite that he had to turn up the furnaces , individually. Highly experienced and professional installation. Very neat and timely. Frank initial visit for estimate was so pleasant and very convincing that I was convinced with their great labor warranty in addition to factory warranty and guaranteed customer satisfaction. This was the best service I've ever received for any home repair. Anthony is an extremely knowledgeable and professional service technician. He did a very thorough examination of our air conditioning system and explained everything he was doing in an an understandable manner. He identified the problem right away and fixed it promptly.
