I had Doornbos come and clean my furnace. I had just moved into my home. I have used Doornbos in the past and trust them. The service man was very polite and explained everything he found. A part needed to be replaced but luckily he had it on his truck. I signed up for their plan which was reasonable and it includes them coming back in the spring to check air conditioner. I would highly recommend Doornbos.
Our furnace was old and acting up. We have Doornbos heating and air for all of our HVAC needs and called them right away. Nick and Jamian came out within a couple of days to replace our old unit. They did an amazing job! They are so skilled and professional. We were so pleased with their work. Our furnace gave out on one of the coldest days this winter, we called Doornbos and they were there within a few hours. Their service technicians diagnosed the problem and gave us several options. Since the furnace was years old, we opted for a new furnace. They installed it the next day and it has been working perfectly since. Everyone at Doornbos is so nice and professional. Can't say enough good things about Doornbos! We had an emergency situation. Below freezing temps and our furnace went out. No heat and I was scheduled that afternoon for surgery. Doornbos to the rescue! Before I left for the hospital, Doornbos was on site to assess the situation and make recommendations. They installed our new furnace in four short hours! Mike and Nick were here yesterday and, always considerate and respectful of my home, completed the part replacement in quick order so that my house didn't even cool down in the time it took on the frigid evening.
