They employees are wonderful to deal with. I was given prompt service. They worked me into their schedule knowing that my furnace stopped working. Everyone, from the office staff to the installers I dealt with were pleasant and patient with me. I find them knowledgeable and honest. I felt that they truly had my best interest. They loaned me a space heater until they were able to get the parts for my furnace (which only took them a day). I highly recommend them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality servic. I felt Dean was very clear on my options to do expensive repairs or purchase a new furnance. Never made be feel pressured. Either way was MY OPTION. I choice to get a new furnance. The whole process was professional, no pressure, no up selling. Each Doornbos employee that came to the house was professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. Dino the service technician explained the issue with the furnace. Within an hour Frank Ryan came over to explain the options for a new furnace and A/C. Tim and Al handled the installation beginning at 8am and completing by mid afternoon. I highly recommend Doornbos.

It was a very hot Oct 3,2025 when my tech Shawn Bensinger arrived at my house at 8:30 am. Both my main furnace and addition furnace had its annual Fall checkup. Shawn was very reassuring that he would be able to service me despite that he had to turn up the furnaces , individually. I questioned him about our very old humidifier because it wasn’t working properly last Winter season of 2024. We talked about humidifiers and we went with a more updated model of our current system. From the minute I called to schedule an appointment through the end of the entire process of installing a new furnace, Doornbos provided the most excellent service I’ve received from any provider in a long time.
