I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Our experience began with Chris, our Home Service Advisor, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and provided top-notch customer service from the very first interaction. Each Doornbos employee that came to the house was professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. Dino the service technician explained the issue with the furnace. Within an hour Frank Ryan came over to explain the options for a new furnace and A/C. Tim and Al handled the installation beginning at 8am and completing by mid afternoon. I highly recommend Doornbos.
It started with the wonderful office staff, everyone I spoke to understood my concerns and I received excellent customer service. They arranged to have Chris May come out to discuss my concerns and he patiently listened and answered all my questions. Chris made me feel comfortable with my decision to replace not repair. It was a very hot Oct 3,2025 when my tech Shawn Bensinger arrived at my house at 8:30 am. Both my main furnace and addition furnace had its annual Fall checkup. Shawn was very reassuring that he would be able to service me despite that he had to turn up the furnaces , individually. I questioned him about our very old humidifier because it wasn’t working properly last Winter season of 2024. We talked about humidifiers and we went with a more updated model of our current system. Highly experienced and professional installation. Very neat and timely. Frank initial visit for estimate was so pleasant and very convincing that I was convinced with their great labor warranty in addition to factory warranty and guaranteed customer satisfaction. Staff is very pleasant and courteous and took care of all paperwork and registration.
