Each Doornbos employee that came to the house was professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. Dino the service technician explained the issue with the furnace. Within an hour Frank Ryan came over to explain the options for a new furnace and A/C. Tim and Al handled the installation beginning at 8am and completing by mid afternoon. I highly recommend Doornbos.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. We recently had a problem with our furnace. The blower motor for the gas burners was making a racket. I called Doornbos and scheduled to have a tech stop by and check it out. The tech (Jimmy) arrived later that day, the blower motor was on its last legs and would need to be replaced. We have been in our house for 8 years and the furnace was 28 years old. It was a very hot Oct 3,2025 when my tech Shawn Bensinger arrived at my house at 8:30 am. Both my main furnace and addition furnace had its annual Fall checkup. Shawn was very reassuring that he would be able to service me despite that he had to turn up the furnaces , individually. I questioned him about our very old humidifier because it wasn’t working properly last Winter season of 2024. We talked about humidifiers and we went with a more updated model of our current system. It started with the wonderful office staff, everyone I spoke to understood my concerns and I received excellent customer service. They arranged to have Chris May come out to discuss my concerns and he patiently listened and answered all my questions. Chris made me feel comfortable with my decision to replace not repair.
