My air conditioner went out recently during a heat spell. Frank came out and ran a analysis on my home and gave 3 choices because I also got a new furnace. They got me scheduled within two days. The installers arrived around 7:45 and were finished around 2:30. They were very professional and explained things while installing the equipment. They also cleaned up the area. So far so good, definitely recommend Doornbos.
Called Doornbos for the first time after seeing advertisements on outside seating. Jessica was able to have a technician come out the same day. Paul came, assessed the situation, kept me informed about what he was doing and why. Got my AC unit back up and running in minutes! I am thoroughly impressed. Doornbos installed a new HVAC system in our house and everything has been great so far. The employees (including the receptionists) that we encountered have all been professional, courteous, and punctual. They explained everything very thoroughly. Chris May sold us our brand new HVAC and was a pleasure to work with. We will be definitely using them in the future.
Doornbos was extremely professional, responsive, and did a great job of walking me through all of my options when I needed to replace my full HVAC system. The installation crew showed up on time, were thorough in explaining my new system, and left my house immaculate despite some wet weather. I would highly recommend their services!
I had a new Carrier Furnace installed on 7/3/26. From the sale which was handled by Anthony, to the install handled by Nick and Jamien, it has been total courtesy and professionalism. It was a difficult install, not a lot of room in my furnace area. It was a great install and everything works perfectly. Nick explained each step of the install and more importantly how each piece of equipment works. I am extremely pleased that I chose Doornbos for my furnace purchase, first class operation.
