Each Doornbos employee that came to the house was professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. Dino the service technician explained the issue with the furnace. Within an hour Frank Ryan came over to explain the options for a new furnace and A/C. Tim and Al handled the installation beginning at 8am and completing by mid afternoon. I highly recommend Doornbos.
It was a very hot Oct 3,2025 when my tech Shawn Bensinger arrived at my house at 8:30 am. Both my main furnace and addition furnace had its annual Fall checkup. Shawn was very reassuring that he would be able to service me despite that he had to turn up the furnaces , individually. I questioned him about our very old humidifier because it wasn’t working properly last Winter season of 2024. We talked about humidifiers and we went with a more updated model of our current system. This was the best service I've ever received for any home repair. Anthony is an extremely knowledgeable and professional service technician. He did a very thorough examination of our air conditioning system and explained everything he was doing in an an understandable manner. He identified the problem right away and fixed it promptly. We bought a new furnace from Doornbos. Everyone was wonderful from the kind girls in the office, Mike the technician, Anthony the sales representative and Chris the installer. Not only were they nice but very knowledgeable. Our furnace is in and running. Thank you so much for making this a painless experience. ❤️🎃
Exceptional service! We were able to get an appointment quite promptly and on the day we wanted. Jack arrived on time and with appropriate notice. Very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions, did the furnace check professionally and answered all our questions. We needed a minor replacement and he had the part on hand, so the repair was immediate. He also made recommendation for future maintenance and answered all our questions so we understood them. Definitely will be using them again!
