The technician was very thorough when he was here to clean my air conditioner. He listened to concerns and addressed my questions about the thermostat. Very polite and respectful.He was punctual and the office calls as the technician is on his way. I’ve used Doornbos for years and find them to be reliable and honest. Great company and employees from the office staff to technicians and installers.
Our air conditioning unit stopped working on Friday in middle of the hot spell (90 degrees plus). Called Doornbos, which we used previously, for unit replacement estimate. Frank came Friday and we signed deal with projected installation date two weeks from the contract signing. They promised to see whether the installation date can be improved. The company did a fantastic job from start to finish. My extremely aged furnace and pretty aged A/C had to be replaced. The furnace died and I had to call out a tech on a Saturday which meant more money. The tech recommended complete replacement which I was putting off but knew it had to be done. Upon scheduling someone else to come out for the estimate of a new system, I was told the payment for the Saturday tech would just be put toward the new system which I thought was awesome. We have always had great setvice techicians but Dino is phenomenal. He serviced the AC units at my Mom's home first then mine. This was the most thorough service we've ever received which included a summary and a comprehensive assessment with pictures. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring. It is a pleasure to work with Dino. He is truly a valuable asset to your organization.
Keep Mike. He is a gem. I am sad to hear about Dan. He was great too. I am knocking a star because my service on Friday was subpar. The man wanted $2k of work done on my 2016 unit and had questionable behavior. Mike came and he was honest and upfront. A little less than $300 later we are good to go. What a difference!?
