My AC went out Sunday night - DOORNBOS Dino was here Monday by 10:00 am! So nice so thoroughly knowledgeable - even informing me of the bad news that I needed both a new furnace and AC he showed kindness and patience. Chris came later the same day and explained what and why I needed and gave me a fair price (I did my homework)! I scheduled the complete installation for both, today. We had a wonderful experience with Doornbos. After meeting with several companies, Anthony stood out immediately. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us the confidence to update our 25-year-old Spacepac. Nick and Jamien were fantastic; they were professional, respectful, and ensured that everything remained clean throughout the process. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we are very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Doornbos.

The maintenance program is fabulous! When I schedule a maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner, I always request Ashley! Sweet and always is informative! The staff scheduling appointments and/or concerns are polite, respectful and professional! I haven’t had an emergency call but I trust I am in good hands! Ask for Mike if you need to replace your furnace and/or A/C. He will take care of you!
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality servic. I felt Dean was very clear on my options to do expensive repairs or purchase a new furnance. Never made be feel pressured. Either way was MY OPTION. I choice to get a new furnance. The whole process was professional, no pressure, no up selling.
