We had a great experience with Doornbos, Anthony P came out 2024 to see what services we could get in our 1922 Bungalow. We weren't ready to pull the trigger but we were this year in 2025 and Anthony was back, knew our house and our wishes, and he was awesome in guiding us and sourcing the 5 different heat pumps we needed. I can't say enough about the representatives that I had contact with (Frank Ryan/sales rep, Tim Boker and Andres/installers). Frank's knowledge and "no pressure sale' was GREAT! I would not recommend Doornbos to anyone anymore. This used to be a reputable company with honest employees. We had an issue with our A/C / furnace following a major storm. Doornbos came out and quoted us $1400 for a PART alone due to difficulty of finding it / coming from one specific supplier. We looked up the part and found it at our local Home Depot selling for $220. We had another local guy come out the same day - he completed the job within 2 hours, including being up the part, and charged us $370 for labor & materials... read more
