My AC went out Sunday night - DOORNBOS Dino was here Monday by 10:00 am! So nice so thoroughly knowledgeable - even informing me of the bad news that I needed both a new furnace and AC he showed kindness and patience. Chris came later the same day and explained what and why I needed and gave me a fair price (I did my homework)! I scheduled the complete installation for both, today. Doornbos installed a new HVAC system in our house and everything has been great so far. The employees (including the receptionists) that we encountered have all been professional, courteous, and punctual. They explained everything very thoroughly. Chris May sold us our brand new HVAC and was a pleasure to work with. We will be definitely using them in the future.
I want to give kudos to Paul Wangler! He came out to my house on an emergency call and was straight forward , professional and personable. My whole family was very comfortable with him. He definitely needs recognition for being an outstanding Service tech for your company!! Thank you Paul!
I had Doornbos look at my air conditioner because I didn’t trust King A/C anymore .They installed my Furnace,air conditioner and water heater 8 yrs ago . I spoke to Carrier and they gave me Doornbos name , I have 2 yrs left on my warranty and needed a Carrier contractor to repair or replace items needed during the time under that warranty. They were quick , efficient and the only problem they found was a part King had installed previously that wasn’t needed. Problem solved and I have a new company servicing my equipment !
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality servic. I felt Dean was very clear on my options to do expensive repairs or purchase a new furnance. Never made be feel pressured. Either way was MY OPTION. I choice to get a new furnance. The whole process was professional, no pressure, no up selling.
