My air conditioner went out recently during a heat spell. Frank came out and ran a analysis on my home and gave 3 choices because I also got a new furnace. They got me scheduled within two days. The installers arrived around 7:45 and were finished around 2:30. They were very professional and explained things while installing the equipment. They also cleaned up the area. So far so good, definitely recommend Doornbos.
I just had my two furnaces and related equipment cleaned and examined. The technician was amazing, kind, respectful of our time, home and was very professional. He reported that all was clean and the system is in good condition. I really appreciate his ability to do a great job and you can tell he really cared about us and appreciates that he works for a wonderful company! When leaving he thanked me for using Doornbos! That is just amazing!
I had a new Carrier Furnace installed on 7/3/26. From the sale which was handled by Anthony, to the install handled by Nick and Jamien, it has been total courtesy and professionalism. It was a difficult install, not a lot of room in my furnace area. It was a great install and everything works perfectly. Nick explained each step of the install and more importantly how each piece of equipment works. I am extremely pleased that I chose Doornbos for my furnace purchase, first class operation. From the moment the "new service guy" entered our home it was a professional but very "like we have known him forever " type of feel. He asked us multiple times if we had questions not to overwhelm but to make us feel comfortable and understand what he was going to do and did, which was our yearly unit inspection and maintenance.
