It was a very hot Oct 3,2025 when my tech Shawn Bensinger arrived at my house at 8:30 am. Both my main furnace and addition furnace had its annual Fall checkup. Shawn was very reassuring that he would be able to service me despite that he had to turn up the furnaces , individually. This was the best service I've ever received for any home repair. Anthony is an extremely knowledgeable and professional service technician. He did a very thorough examination of our air conditioning system and explained everything he was doing in an an understandable manner. He identified the problem right away and fixed it promptly. Exceptional service! We were able to get an appointment quite promptly and on the day we wanted. Jack arrived on time and with appropriate notice. Very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions, did the furnace check professionally and answered all our questions. We needed a minor replacement and he had the part on hand, so the repair was immediate. He also made recommendation for future maintenance and answered all our questions so we understood them. Definitely will be using them again!

I got home from work today and tried to put my furnace on for the first time. My furnace would not turn on and I was unsuccessful trying to troubleshoot it myself. I called Doornbos and I had an awesome tech named Jacek who was at my house in less than 2 hours. Jacek was very friendly and had my furnace up and running in no time at all. We have been a customer for over 30 years. They have serviced our furnace and air conditioner . We even had them replace and install a new air conditioner. DORNBOS has been a reliable and honest company. No pressure or sales pitches. Their technicians are always on time and courteous and the ladies in the office run a good ship. We highly recommend them .
