I had to have my furnace and AC replaced. After an extensive search, I chose Doornbos over my previous service provider due to their responsiveness to customers who have complaints. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality servic. I felt Dean was very clear on my options to do expensive repairs or purchase a new furnance. Never made be feel pressured. Each Doornbos employee that came to the house was professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. Dino the service technician explained the issue with the furnace. Within an hour Frank Ryan came over to explain the options for a new furnace and A/C. Tim and Al handled the installation beginning at 8am and completing by mid afternoon. I highly recommend Doornbos.
We had our furnace and air conditioning replaced and one service call. We are so happy we went with this company. From the first interaction in our kitchen to installation to service they have been professional and yet personable. I like that they have Union workers, that’s important to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Doornbos. FYI Jimmy was are service person and he was great!!!
We've been using Doornbos for years. It all started when our furnace died in February during particularly frigid temperatures. They have always been prompt, professional, and friendly. They provide well priced products and services. I appreciate their maintenance reminders for both our furnace and a/c units so we can avoid future emergency repairs! I have and will continue to recommend them.
