Wish I could leave Zero stars! Three months ago I had my 2023 Jeep Wrangler towed there because it had been in a flood and the mechanic said he could fix it. Three days later he quit, it took another month for the dealership to tell they can not work on it because they can not warranty the work which I understand, so I had it towed back to my home. We had an AMAZING experience at Don Davis with Chelsea!!! She worked hard to make sure that our time there was smooth and made sure that our kiddos were comfortable. The purchase of our 2018 Lincoln Navigator L was PERFECT. I would highly recommend Don Davis!!!

Took my son’s truck in because his check engine light had come on. It was a Tuesday and Julie was the person who helped me. I went in for a Diagnostic test to find out why the check engine light had turned on. She promised by the end of the week it would get done. Friday came and because I called I was informed she was no longer employed there. A friend took her car to Don Davis to get her oil changed. Soon after, it was making a funny noise, then the oil light came on. She pulled over and I took a look. They didn’t tighten the oil filter and the engine and underside of the vehicle was coated in oil. I checked the dipstick and it was dry. Potentially expensive mistake on the part of Don Davis.
