Took my son’s truck in because his check engine light had come on. It was a Tuesday and Julie was the person who helped me. I went in for a Diagnostic test to find out why the check engine light had turned on. She promised by the end of the week it would get done. Friday came and because I called I was informed she was no longer employed there. Heaven was great to work with! Friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all our questions and was approachable. She also laughed at all my jokes. Not a necessity but definitely a plus! The whole car buying process was quick and not near as painful as I expected. I'd come here again.

We had an AMAZING experience at Don Davis with Chelsea!!! She worked hard to make sure that our time there was smooth and made sure that our kiddos were comfortable. The purchase of our 2018 Lincoln Navigator L was PERFECT. I would highly recommend Don Davis!!!

A friend took her car to Don Davis to get her oil changed. Soon after, it was making a funny noise, then the oil light came on. She pulled over and I took a look. They didn’t tighten the oil filter and the engine and underside of the vehicle was coated in oil. I checked the dipstick and it was dry. Potentially expensive mistake on the part of Don Davis.

If I could leave NO STARS - I would. I don’t believe in financing cars I’ve always had cash cars but I needed a vehicle / so I purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger GT- in under 48 hours of having the vehicle I had brake ISSUES which I brought the vehicle in - service department stated it’s nothing wrong with the brakes - fast forward to 60 DAYS later - I have a WARRANTY they won’t return my calls or replace the brakes.
