Wish I could leave Zero stars! Three months ago I had my 2023 Jeep Wrangler towed there because it had been in a flood and the mechanic said he could fix it. Three days later he quit, it took another month for the dealership to tell they can not work on it because they can not warranty the work which I understand, so I had it towed back to my home. The initial check-in is a bit clunky. I had an appointment, and thus, received a text confirmation telling me to check-in via the link when I arrive to notify the service person. I clicked on the link and my only option was to reschedule the appointment - no check-in option. Then, none of the Service Team came out to greet me or ask if I needed anything.
