We just got a washer from here. The service was great, their prices were reasonable, and the delivery guy did a great job too. We will gladly drive from Madisonville to get our appliances here in the future!
I bought a washer today. 2/24/23 I can’t remember the guys name But he’s the son of the owners. This guy is extremely nice, friendly, knows exactly what he’s selling. Didn’t force me into buying what I didn’t want. He was patient and actually explained his product. I definitely plan on staying with these people over the Lowes store.

We recently moved and found most of the major appliances had issues. Not wanting to go to a big box store, wanting to get more personal service and also wanting to support local business, we found Dixon’s to be nearby. I found exactly what I was looking for. The team seems like family. When I first met Mr Dixon, I told him that I had a feeling we would be visiting often, which came to be the truth!! Everyone is friendly, honest and they are so helpful.
We received excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of our experience. The owner, sales staff and delivery and installation team went above and beyond to guarantee we had a positive experience. Everyone was so knowledgeable about the appliances that we were shown and eventually bought. We’ve never had such careful, courteous and professional delivery young men in our home. And we are loving the looks and function of these appliances!!
