Diamond had a insane reaction time with me being in a pinch for a pool inspection. Dolph was very enjoyable to conversate with and super knowledgeable with the processes of pool ownership. Will absolutely use them to maintain my equipment. With that experience i wouldnt trust anyone else!
Had a great experience with Diamond Pools and Spas. Service was to diagnose and fix a broken motor for the filter. Lindsay was great to work with. She was very transparent about costs, schedulilng, what to expect etc. We were in a bit of a tight spot with a broken filter and our house on the market. Lindsay was patient and flexible with us and accomodated our asks and we got the job done. Communication and clarity doing business with anyone is critical, I felt Diamond Pools excelled at this.
Lindsay at Diamond Pools is by far the best communicator of any contractor we have ever hired. She did a great job keeping us up to date on the project progress and was responsive to our questions. Very happy with the final product and would recommend them to anyone.
We hired Diamond Pools & Spas to inspect a pool. There report and overview were thorough and included pictures of the pool, pumps and heat pump. There were a few issues with the equipment and they were documented in the report.
As someone who runs two businesses, I know how important communication and service are—and this company fails miserably at both. We’re staying at a beautiful home in Hilton Head, but our experience has been ruined by their complete incompetence. The same crew has come out three times, failed to fix the pool each time, and ignored our simple request to communicate before leaving so we know how to operate it.
