I could not be happier with the service Diamond pools has provided. They jumped in and helped me out when my pool company of nine years quit with ten days notice. Pool and spa are cleaner than they’ve been in nine years. Thank you!
Diamond built our pool 3 years ago and has continued servicing and maintaining it since. They have been the best! Great communicators and responsive to all of our needs.
I do not recommend this company to anyone who actually wants someone to be responsive or show up when they say they are going to. The new pump they installed failed less than 2 months later. It was under warranty so we contacted them to fix it. They gave us the run around for two weeks about when they would come to fix it. When they finally came they took the pump apart and said they'd be back the next day to fix it. Instead they sent us an invoice in the morning and said they wouldn't come until we paid it. We have Marleny, a very nice and professional lady who does our pool. She does a great job and we are very pleased with Diamond Pool.
We have been with diamond pools for awhile now. Our regular service person is Marleny and she does a great job!
