Lindsay at Diamond Pools is by far the best communicator of any contractor we have ever hired. She did a great job keeping us up to date on the project progress and was responsive to our questions. Very happy with the final product and would recommend them to anyone.
As someone who runs two businesses, I know how important communication and service are—and this company fails miserably at both. We’re staying at a beautiful home in Hilton Head, but our experience has been ruined by their complete incompetence. The same crew has come out three times, failed to fix the pool each time, and ignored our simple request to communicate before leaving so we know how to operate it. I could not be happier with the service Diamond pools has provided. They jumped in and helped me out when my pool company of nine years quit with ten days notice. Pool and spa are cleaner than they’ve been in nine years. Thank you!
I do not recommend this company to anyone who actually wants someone to be responsive or show up when they say they are going to. The new pump they installed failed less than 2 months later. It was under warranty so we contacted them to fix it. They gave us the run around for two weeks about when they would come to fix it. When they finally came they took the pump apart and said they'd be back the next day to fix it. Instead they sent us an invoice in the morning and said they wouldn't come until we paid it. We had the team at Diamond Pools install a San Juan Crystal Springs fiberglass pool, including all of the concrete work for a new patio, etc, over the past few months. From start to finish it was a job well done. They communicated on a daily basis so that I knew what was being done and which step in the process we were on, and we had multiple checkpoints along the way to ensure that everything was as expected.
