We recently purchased a sauna from Desert Hot Tubs and had a great experience from start to finish. Barbara and her staff were very down-to-earth and absolutely not pushy, which we really appreciated. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and delivery was prompt and smooth. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy, no-pressure buying experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing our hot tub from Desert Hot Tubs. We shopped around before making our decision, and Jeff Geffre was by far the best salesperson we worked with. He spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions, and truly helped us choose the best hot tub for our needs. We just purchased a new hot tub from Desert Hot Tubs. The experience was terrific. Jeff Geffre was great to deal with. He answered all our questions and helped us pick out the perfect tub. And the installation was seamless. The install team was polite and courteous and answers our questions and showed us the operation after the setup. We would highly recommend these guys.

We have had our hot tub for about a month. We love it! Jeff was excellent with the whole process of buying a hot tub. He was not pushy and respected having a budget. He answered all questions and has been there every step even after delivery. We ended up buying the hot springs grandee hot tub with fresh salt water and have no complaints at all. We love our new hot tub! Jeff was great to work with and took probably two hours to explain everything. We left after “just looking” to buying a new HotSprings tub with chiller. Delivery and installation went extremely smooth and everything was explained by the installer. I definitely recommend Desert Tubs!
