We just purchased a new hot tub from Desert Hot Tubs. The experience was terrific. Jeff Geffre was great to deal with. He answered all our questions and helped us pick out the perfect tub. And the installation was seamless. The install team was polite and courteous and answers our questions and showed us the operation after the setup. We would highly recommend these guys.

I had an amazing experience buying my hot tub from Jeff at Desert Hot Tubs! Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me figure out exactly which tub would be the perfect fit for me. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all — just honest, patient, and genuinely focused on finding what would work best for me. From the initial visit until we received the spa, the customer service was superior. I would highly recommend them for the service and price.

We bought a new hot tube from Desert Hot Tubs Sept 2025. Joe Sorenson was our sales rep. From start to finish Joe did an excellent job for us. Even after installation & start up, Joe checked in on us to make sure we were completely happy.

We love our new hot tub! Jeff was great to work with and took probably two hours to explain everything. We left after “just looking” to buying a new HotSprings tub with chiller. Delivery and installation went extremely smooth and everything was explained by the installer. I definitely recommend Desert Tubs!
