I have been using Desert Dietitians for over six months now & I feel like they have helped me tremendously. Over the years, I have used all the "tools" for weight loss, trying to achieve overall better health (i.e. self-guided diets, fad diets, apps like Noom, etc...). I was looking for help to dial in some nutrition as I was starting to increase my strength training regime and came across Desert Dietitians. The communication has been incredibly seamless and I was able to get a deeper looking into my labs and really test what dietary changes and/or supplements based on objective data. The staff at Desert Dietitians are incredible. They listen to your concerns and have made excellent recommendations for me to work on. I’m feeling amazing. Thank you Desert Dietitians!

So far is been good. Emma has been patient and very helpful on helping me understand the plan and how to work towards a life style change. The support and the guidance of meal planning feels like a blessing. Powerful resource to have in your life! Definitely would recommend!!

I had wonderful seamless experience with Desert Dietitians. From my first contact with Maddy to then meeting in person with Emma, the dietitian who reviewed all my lab work. I also did metabolic testing with Ashlyn to see exactly what my body needs to help me reach my health goals. Emma then prepared a detailed meal plan guide for me. A lot of work went into preparing my personalized menu. I’m super excited to get started and grateful for the team support I received.

I was looking for some “nuggets” of knowledge and some accountability to help improve my nutrition and counteract the side effects of medication that I have to take for advanced prostate cancer. Emma is professional and knowledgeable and has been helpful. I would definitely recommend her.
