I have been using Desert Dietitians for over six months now & I feel like they have helped me tremendously. Over the years, I have used all the "tools" for weight loss, trying to achieve overall better health (i.e. self-guided diets, fad diets, apps like Noom, etc...). The personal touch of communicating with real human being while working through any challenges that come up monthly has been a game changer for me. Miss Emma is the best dietitian I have ever had and I have had several. Never had a dietitian design a meal plan for me. They tell you about macros/micros nutrition but they don’t tell you how to eat them. She takes her time and makes sure i understand everything!!! I’m so glad my primary care physician recommended her. Sincerely, Pam u.

I was looking for help to dial in some nutrition as I was starting to increase my strength training regime and came across Desert Dietitians. The communication has been incredibly seamless and I was able to get a deeper looking into my labs and really test what dietary changes and/or supplements based on objective data. The staff at Desert Dietitians are incredible. They listen to your concerns and have made excellent recommendations for me to work on. I’m feeling amazing. Thank you Desert Dietitians!

Response: I wish they would have made this information more clear and not just said 48 hours. My appointment was cancelled without notice, so no I would not like to reschedule at Desert Dietitians. I already wasted a month waiting for an appointment here for it to just be cancelled! I waited so long almost a month to get an appointment. They said I had 48 hours to fill out forms, my appointment was on Tuesday 04/28/26 but they cancelled my appointment on Friday 04/24/26. I still had Friday and Saturday to fill out the form... read more

I had wonderful seamless experience with Desert Dietitians. From my first contact with Maddy to then meeting in person with Emma, the dietitian who reviewed all my lab work. I also did metabolic testing with Ashlyn to see exactly what my body needs to help me reach my health goals. Emma then prepared a detailed meal plan guide for me. A lot of work went into preparing my personalized menu. I’m super excited to get started and grateful for the team support I received.
