Ross is an amazing trainer super knowledgeable and very helpful. He will be committed to getting your team setup for success. We request him by name at our dealership when we need additional training. The software is amazing if you set it up right and know how to use it. Tom McNulty and Charles Daddieh both were of great assistance with the recent installation of our lane technology platform. They spent four days working with our service advisors, parts dept, and technicians to cover the features with the new software. All of their support was greatly appreciated.
