Once again, Davis Furniture has outdone themselves. We had a few pieces of furniture delivered today. There is nothing like dealing with family owned and operated businesses. The sales force John, Pete & Elaine are amazing. Delivery guys Frank, Dominic & Greg are outstanding. Out with the old and end with the new and no time at all. Absolutely no damage to my home and nothing but complete respect. I also don’t wanna forget about Dave, honestly, there is no reason to go anywhere else in the Hudson Valley. We’re delighted with our living room suite (sofa, loveseat, and chair-and-a-half) from Davis! Our purchasing experience was more than satisfactory. Though Davis was preparing to move to a new location, there were plenty of options to choose from, and all sales staff were courteous and helpful without being pushy. Minor problems with our delivery schedule were readily resolved. The delivery staff were careful, attentive, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
Such an amazing experience shopping at Davis! They are all about customer service to the nth degree. The selection, available variations and pricing were phenomenal. I am telling everyone I know about this gem. Elaine and Jonathan were so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Davis. Family owned and operated. So refreshing to find such a gem!
Davis Furniture is an absolutely excellent place to shop. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I work night shifts and they worked with me every step of the journey to make sure everything worked out well and was convenient for me. The quality of the furniture is excellent as well. The selection in the show room is easy to navigate and very well priced. I really cannot say enough about how great it was to work with everyone involved and how smooth the process was overall. I ordered a sofa, coffee table, end... read more
