The experience with the service has been GRRRRREEEEAAT! The young man Lance was efficient, professional, & friendly. His customer service skills was and is greatly appreciated. Brenard and his crew did an awesome job putting in a new AC system for us. I’ve used several AC companies and Brenard has been the best by far. He made the decision making process easy for us on selecting a new unit and answered the many questions we had. We went with an updated Trane model and he went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted (drove all the way to Lubbock to pick up the specific unit!) and also helped us to adjust airflows throughout our house.
