Had The guys from D-N-D Services led by Colton Baker come out and replace a 1980s air conditioning system at my daughter’s house across the street from our house. (Colton had replaced both units and the ductwork on my house a few years back) Colton came out and assessed the old unit and determined that it would be best to replace since the old unit had leaked all over the floor ruining the hardwood floor. D-N-D Services always does a great job. They are able to get us scheduled quickly, and are on time. They know what they are doing and take the time to walk through everything with us.

After using two other AC companies and receiving poor service I called DnD. They got us taken care of in the spring and followed with a maintenance visit so that we are ready for the cold months. Brian did a through job of checking everything out. 👍🏼 I highly recommend them.

I trusted they were making sure my whole system was in good working order, but not so. I was told they only take care of each individual job task and are not responsible for anything else. Lesson learned. I'll try a new service provider and maybe they'll be better. Who knows. My ceiling flooded from condensate overflowing the pan because the drain line was running uphill . I crawled into the attic and fixed it myself to try and save the drywall from dropping. I was successful.
