While our technician, Gary, was nice and courteous, the quote for $281 to replace an outdoor hydrant was shockingly high. We had already removed the sheetrock from the area, exposing the pipe and work area, and purchased a replacement outdoor hydrant. $281 in labor to remove the previous hydrant and re-install a new one is excessive.

This was my second time to use this company. Both times I was very pleased with the quality and courtesy of the technicians (Riley and Nicholas). They have unclogged my kitchen drain, replaced toilet innards, and, at their recommendation, replaced the crome drain under the wet bar. I appreciate their cleanliness and their thoroughness. I will definitely continue to use their services.
