Left my drain plug loose after my first service yesterday on my 2026 ram 2500 and they want to use my service contract so they don’t have to pay for the tow or the repairs. Still no resolution to the problem other than them offering an oil change. Edit: Shane Ross replies as the “owner” after a week of going back and forth with him making it look like they want to take care of it. I actually went in there to come to a resolution and Shane walked out of the office after being called out on his lies.

I leased a brand-new Jeep and was only able to drive it for six days before the rear axle failed. A catastrophic issue like that on a brand-new vehicle is unacceptable, but what has been even worse is how this dealership has handled the situation. Was down in Fargo with my mothers van and working for a different dealership I didn’t have anyway to check the transmission fluid level so I called up corwin and Johnathon a service writer at Chrysler got me in the same day, filled my tires for me and got me back on the road with at no charge! Even for the fluid they had to add! Amazing place and amazing people! Thank you again!!!!
