What an amazing day at Corwin!! Shout out to Rashaun! I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the entire buying process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain all the features and find me a car within my budget! The paperwork process with Christian, was smooth and straightforward and he made sure I understood every step before signing. He respected my time - no long waits or surprises! Driving away was exciting and stress-free. I recommend Corwin for anyone looking for a new ride!!

Salesman, Elijah Nyland went above and beyond to help me buy my dream Jeep. He spent several days working on it. I've never seen such excellent service. The finance rep, Eve N, was super helpful to get the best financing. Luke helped me get the best running boards for me and suggested mud flaps. They really look awesome. I wouldn't hesitate coming back for my next vehicle.

There was hidden paint damage under snow and ice. They went to wash the car to remove the snow and ice they came back and never let us see the car until deal was done. Even the finance guy was wondering why we couldn’t see it. We didn’t notice the damage until the snow melted off in the garage. No one from Corwin will return your phone calls to talk about this.

Normally have a good experience when taking my vehicle into Corwin, except for this last time. I was not impressed. Had an appointment set for 1pm got there early. They took my vehicle back right away. The appointment was to unmount and mount new tires I brought in and patch an hole. After a couple hours of waiting, I go back and check on the progress. We recently scheduled a 9:40 AM appointment to have a technician diagnose a grinding noise in the steering of our Ram 2500. We arrived with the truck on time and waited in the lobby expecting a straightforward diagnostics. Instead, we waited 2 1/2 hours before a technician even began looking at our vehicle around noon. After finally inspecting it, they told us we needed to change the differential fluid because we were past 30,000 miles we were at 36,000. And that should fix the problem.
