What an amazing day at Corwin!! Shout out to Rashaun! I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the entire buying process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain all the features and find me a car within my budget! The paperwork process with Christian, was smooth and straightforward and he made sure I understood every step before signing. He respected my time - no long waits or surprises! We recently scheduled a 9:40 AM appointment to have a technician diagnose a grinding noise in the steering of our Ram 2500. We arrived with the truck on time and waited in the lobby expecting a straightforward diagnostics. Instead, we waited 2 1/2 hours before a technician even began looking at our vehicle around noon. After finally inspecting it, they told us we needed to change the differential fluid because we were past 30,000 miles we were at 36,000. And that should fix the problem. Buying a car is very stressful in the first place. Corey and his team ironed out any bumps, answered any questions or concerns, and helped me fit my purchase within the confines of my budget! Salesman, Elijah Nyland went above and beyond to help me buy my dream Jeep. He spent several days working on it. I've never seen such excellent service. The finance rep, Eve N, was super helpful to get the best financing. Luke helped me get the best running boards for me and suggested mud flaps. They really look awesome. I wouldn't hesitate coming back for my next vehicle.

After spending nearly a whole day negotiating, we were able to make a deal. Robert was an experienced salesman with a traditional approach. It took quite a bit of haggling as he was really trying his best to get the most for the business, which I can respect. At the end we were able to shake hands and ride off with a really nice vehicle. All the crew there were in a good mood which was really nice. They also had quite a nice lobby which was better than most dealerships I've been to
