I was really happy with my experience at Corwin Dodge. Todd was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I appreciated the time he took to answer my questions with his expertise in the various features of different makes and models. I would definitely work with Todd again and recommend him to my friends and family. I thought the whole process went smoothly. I knew I made the right decision when I drove off the lot in my new vehicle.
Been taking my Jeep here for maintenance but lately the prices have been going up a ton! Last time they wanted to charge me $495 to change the light by my license plate. It cost me $20 to order it and I replaced it myself in 5 minutes. There were several others they wanted to fix but the cost of parts and labor is an absolute ton. The service is good and they are always great to work so if you are comfortable paying the bill they will be good to you.
We drove in Thursday eve with a battery issue in our Dodge Pleasure Way Van. Spent the night in the lot because if we turned it off it would not start!!. Spoke with James and Dave. They were able to work us in and replace the battery on Friday morning! Back on the road to Idaho by 11!! Thank you for the "hospitality and efficiency ". We appreciated your great work and friendly service!
Pickup was repaired quickly with the service writer on top of everything keeping me informed as needed. Courtesy driver was very nice and drove safely. Only issue I had was a younger male in the service bay ran his finger down the side of my vehicle. I didn’t buy a new vehicle to have people, especially the dealership, run their finger down the side and possibly damage the paint/clear coat finish.
