I have a recall on my Jeep. Appointment for 930am with an oil change. I arrive to my appointment at 920 and only then am I told it’s too cold to do the recall. So the guy takes my keys and says we can still do the oil change. I get it. Not good communication. No one looked at the schedule ahead of time. Then I pick up my jeep and the bill is over 300. Bought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a minor issue with it's navigation system. Honestly thought they would apply a software update to resolve but was told a new radio would be needed to fix the problem but my warranty would cover it. Radio had to be ordered so I brought the car back in when the radio arrived. I was then told that my warranty had a $250 deductible.
