From the beginning of the process Michael Minogue has walked us through step by step. He had answers for all our questions and his advice was not to sell but to help us decide what was best for us. The workers who came to our home were simply the best, they were friendly went out of there way to answer any question and explain what was being done every step of the installation process. We highly recommend Concord Pools and Spas to anyone interested in creating an outdoor oasis. We did and we do not regret that decision.

From the start, Bryan was exceptional—he guided us through every step, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident in our choices. Concord pools built/installed our inground pool back in 2003. We have enjoyed many years with no issues. This year, we realized (after 20 years of use) we needed a new liner and wanted to switch to salt water and a sand filter. We worked with Brad who was extremely knowledgeable and honest. We worked with Jared to purchase an end to end spa cover for our unit. I must say he was the most helpful and professional sales person we ever encountered. He took his time to talk about the pros and cons then took care of our order. We scheduled the install for this past Friday (9/20) and I have a feeling Jared was supposed to have the day of. The installation of my inground pool, Fall 2023 was stressful, but beautiful. SERVICE SUCKS! My new pool was opened in March 2024, just before the ice storm that almost ruined it all! The pool was closed in October 24. I lowered the water below the skimmer. The careless technician broke the skimmer plate and never came up to the house to inform me!
