I am 64 and my daughter and grandson live with me. Feb. 26,2026 my furnace went out. I called my son with a recommendation and he suggested Com24. After 2 cold nights, they came to replace my furnace. They were horrible with customer service and made many errors! The owner of the company called my son and berated him, yelled and hung up on him over a filter. We were having humidity issues in our home and contacted Com24 to come out for an inspection, turns out we needed a whole house humidifier. Zeke and Jay had the part delivered early in the morning and we're here at the scheduled time that day for the installation. Both gentleman were knowledgable, skilled, polite, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our humidifier and are no longer experiencing issues. If they had a button for zero that would’ve been the amount of stars. My husband set up an appointment the day before with this company and they set it up between noon and one and we asked if they could change it between one and two and they said no problem and then later in the evening, we get a text message saying a technician will be at our rental property and they knew this was a rental property between noon and one when we asked for between one and two to begin with and then after we got up and out to make sure we were ... read more
Com24 came to our house for a minor maintenance issue, identified a crack in our water heater. They said it needed to be replaced. They came out the next day, matched our water heater, which was a commercial grade 50 gallon. Gave us a great price. We are satisfied customers. All the techs were very polite and friendly. I didn’t have the money immediately available so they got me financing through synchrony Bank. 0% for 18 months. Good experience all the way around
24 Com just installed a new furnace and water heater and air conditioner. Their installation was on time, very professional and exceptional. They have been our service provider for a few years now and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
