Earlier this summer, I was referred to Com24 for basic ductwork cleaning. The team, lead by Nathan, was amazing and helped uncover a hidden mold issue with my AC unit. They discovered that I had an oversized unit that was producing too much humidity creating mold growth in the ducts and vents. Com24 came to our house for a minor maintenance issue, identified a crack in our water heater. They said it needed to be replaced. They came out the next day, matched our water heater, which was a commercial grade 50 gallon. Gave us a great price. We are satisfied customers. All the techs were very polite and friendly. I didn’t have the money immediately available so they got me financing through synchrony Bank. 0% for 18 months. Good experience all the way around

I wanted a garage heater installed in Saint Charles, IL and also needed a waterline ran and even some electrical taken care of. I talked with multiple places and ultimately selected Jason and his team because of the way they do business. Jay stopped by today to finish installing a ceiling fan for us and replace some switches along with looking over our water softener. He was very pleasant and professional. Jenna was extremely helpful at getting the appointments set up for us and assisting us in signing up for their comfort plan which is perfect for saving money and ensuring you’re maintaining your AC and furnace!
