Com24 came to our house for a minor maintenance issue, identified a crack in our water heater. They said it needed to be replaced. They came out the next day, matched our water heater, which was a commercial grade 50 gallon. Gave us a great price. We are satisfied customers. All the techs were very polite and friendly. I didn’t have the money immediately available so they got me financing through synchrony Bank. 0% for 18 months. Good experience all the way around

I wanted a garage heater installed in Saint Charles, IL and also needed a waterline ran and even some electrical taken care of. I talked with multiple places and ultimately selected Jason and his team because of the way they do business. Jay stopped by today to finish installing a ceiling fan for us and replace some switches along with looking over our water softener. He was very pleasant and professional. Jenna was extremely helpful at getting the appointments set up for us and assisting us in signing up for their comfort plan which is perfect for saving money and ensuring you’re maintaining your AC and furnace! Always appreciate a company that takes excellent care of their customers and does exceptional work and educates along the way.

Great company and Great service! They sent over a picture of the service tech ahead of time so that I knew what he looked like. He (Carl) arrived promptly and explained the process and took measures to keep out house clean. He did a thorough job and was polite. I will definitely use them again!

Well, if my furnace had to go out today, I'm glad the folks at Com24 were available to help. Jay was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was nice to talk with as he was looking at the system. Carl and the apprentices I met were excellent as well. It was a very easy process, and everyone was great to work with. I'm very happy with my new furnace and the excellent customer service I received.
