I am an 83 year old and have never had an accident so I was not familiar with how the process worked. Collision Center made it so easy and they were very helpful and led me through the steps to getting the repairs I needed. Every part of the process was so professional and took away any apprehension I had. I would highly recommend them for their fairness, honesty and workmanship! They did an outstanding job from beginning to end.
Echoing the feedback of others regarding poor communication and wait time: it seems like this establishment isn’t taking it to heart. I drove out to Golden Valley because I was told this place was the best, only to wait 20 minutes with no communication from the multiple men sitting in their offices who knew I was waiting to be helped. Thank you Caleb for your honesty! My daughter got into a minor accident and the rear door would no longer open. I called Collision Center 1 in Golden Valley and he told me to come in and he would take a look. When I got there, he said it was an easy fix and the door was working again in 5 minutes. He mentioned the cost if I wanted to replace the fender but was very honest that if I was okay with the dent - it wasn’t harming the car’s ability to drive normally. Thank you so much! Excellent shop. Car came out cleaner than off-the lot new and the repair looks perfect. In addition, they came in days early and hundreds under their estimate. My new shop for any and all repair work.
