Collision Center 1 made the entire repair process so incredibly easy! Kinzzy and Abby were both so kind, helpful & communicative throughout the process, keeping me updated and even helping coordinate my rental car through Enterprise while my car was being repaired. My car looks absolutely great, and I was so impressed that it was returned to me looking clean inside and out! The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. Truly a 10/10 experience and I would highly absolutely recommend Collision Center 1! Attaching bef... read more

I’ve attached my before and after photos here. Got into a minor collision when someone reversed into me, leaving paint damage, scratches, a damaged grille, and a popped-out bumper. I looked up the nearest body shop and ended up here, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly takes pride in their work. They kept everything moving smoothly, answered every question I had, and made the whole process way less stressful than it could have been. The results speak for themselves. My car... read more

We are extremely pleased with Collision Center 1 for the excellent work they did to repair the front end of our damaged car. The entire process from estimate to finished product was smooth and very professionally done. A big shout out goes to Caleb Rozycki who did a thorough estimate and soon thereafter scheduled the car to start the repairs and managed the repair process until the work was completed. The pleasant, kind, helpful, and positive attitude Caleb projected was simply commendable! Thank you Caleb, and thanks Col... read more

Fantastic customer service and repairs look great. A preferred vendor for our insurance carrier so we didn't have to deal with supplement, etc. McKenzie (sp?) was so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Collision Center for your auto body needs!

This is the first negative review I have ever offered in my lifetime. I believe it is warranted however. While utilizing collision center for a front headlight and grill repair, we also had the bumper replaced to new on our Bmw X5. Then a customer backed into our newly repaired vehicle, causing bumper damage of cracks in two spots. Our new OEM bumper was not replaced, but the crack was merely topically fixed. That took an extra amount of time and inconvenience and obviously a repaired bumper is not the same as a new bumper w... read more
