This was my first time using tech support with CMIT since starting at my new job. The assistance I received was top-notch. Samuel was quickly assigned to my ticket. He called me, remotely accessed my computer, and was able to solve my problem. He also happily repeated the steps for me so I would remember how to do the task myself. Samuel and CMIT Solutions were great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Best shop in town. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days, but Abel and the team are the real deal. They’re fast, professional, and their pricing is on point. I’ve sent a few buddies here already and they’ve all had the same great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience. Notified them of the issue and they got right back to me. Scheduled for the following morning and they took control of the computer and it was resolved in a couple of hours. During the fix they were in continual communication letting me know of the progress. It's fixed, yeah.

CMIT has always been wonderful to work with! My employer has worked with them for years and has had a lovely experience each & every time. Dave is outstanding - prompt communication, determined to find a solution to an issue and is always successful in doing so! We love CMIT!
