We started using CMIT in February when we had a sudden and unexpected need. They were great and have been extrremely quick to respond and address each concern as it comes up. I have been with Ken/CMIT Solutions of North Fulton for four years now. It was time for a hardware change yesterday. The change out should have taken 2 hours but it ended up taking 6 hours. This was absolutely no fault of Ken/CMIT. It was 100% the fault of the ISP provider and the manufacturer of the hardware. Ken did not and would not stop until he had the problem resolved...which included 2 tech support calls to the hardware manufacturer and 5, yes five, technical support calls to the ISP provider. CMIT was referred to me by a friend. I was setting up my laptop for my small business and Ken was very helpful in getting my security options set up and migrating my mail. He was extremely patient with me as I am not tech savvy. I would highly recommend Ken and his services to other businesses of all sizes.
