I can't say enough good things about Ken and his IT services company. They quickly identified the cause of my slow network and gave me clear, effective guidance to fix it. My system now runs at full speed, and productivity has skyrocketed! This company offers excellent support and solutions for all aspects of IT management, and I want to use them next for cybersecurity improvements. We started using CMIT in February when we had a sudden and unexpected need. They were great and have been extrremely quick to respond and address each concern as it comes up. I have been with Ken/CMIT Solutions of North Fulton for four years now. It was time for a hardware change yesterday. The change out should have taken 2 hours but it ended up taking 6 hours. This was absolutely no fault of Ken/CMIT. It was 100% the fault of the ISP provider and the manufacturer of the hardware. CMIT was referred to me by a friend. I was setting up my laptop for my small business and Ken was very helpful in getting my security options set up and migrating my mail. He was extremely patient with me as I am not tech savvy. I would highly recommend Ken and his services to other businesses of all sizes.
