It has been a pleasure knowing Michel with CMIT solutions. Michel has dealt with my IT issues as his own and has spent numerous hours of his own making sure I'm up and running. I had few very old servers and needed everything migrated into the cloud, making sure I had no down time and that everything was secure. Michel did a tremendous job making sure that happens. As always, when I had an IT issue I was able to email CMIT and get a response right away--within 5 minutes. The same technician who has helped me before was able to get on the phone with me, look at the problem on my desktop remotely, and get it solved within 5 minutes. Dave Grubbs, the tech I've worked with, is always prompt, friendly, expert, and super responsive. I've been working with CMIT for 3 years and am very happy with their service.
