Another win for CMIT! Lost WiFi yesterday afternoon just after my laptop went haywire and would not allow me in to any app or program. Had to shut office early. Online tech was great, but ultimately could not get remote access. 8 AM on-site tech was able to rectify all situations within about 30 minutes. Cannot say enough good things about CMIT - a very grateful customer :-)
Very reliable service provider. I submitted a ticket with "normal" emergency level and was responded immediately. Then, a CMIT engineer was assigned to the ticket and contacted us within 10 minutes. Besides this prompt response, they helped to solve the IT issue quickly with their professional skills. Their engineer also provided clear explanation to us. It is of great help.
