Read the fine print. I made the mistake of not reading the fine print, but that does not change the fact that their cancellation policy is a terrible one. I cancelled three days in advance and they said, “You lose your full deposit of half the cost of the tour.” I questioned that, and they simply said that was the policy. They did not offer any other concession. Yes, I was upset but I was calm. Instead of fighting them, I calmly said ok, bye, and hung up when they made it clear that it’s their policy. Due to a family emergency, we had to cancel a snowmobile tour three days in advance of the scheduled date, and we lost the entire deposit--half of the total cost of the tour! Three days in advance, still lost over $300.00! This is a total ripoff and a money grab. I could understand if it was a last-minute cancellation or even within 24 hours as is typical, but cancelling Thursday morning for a Sunday afternoon tour is definitely not last minute. We will not ever use Club Rec Tours for any activity in the future.
We had such a fun day exploring the sand dunes with the Can-Ams we rented from Club Rec in Hurricane, UT! Joey made the whole process super easy! The rental process was a breeze, he explained very clearly how to operate the machines and how to drive best in the sand, and also helped us find a great place to spend the day exploring and having fun. We can't wait to go again!
So my son came down to St George to help me work, we ended up renting a new Side-by-side from Joey here in St George, and to say the least, it was the easiest thing to do! Joey was more then helpful and extremely informative about tge machine he rented us. What to do, what not to do! I’m pretty sure I will never rent from anyone but Joey, And if he doesn’t have one available I’ll wait until he does. Machine was new, worked perfect! I returned it like new, and perfect condition! We had another great experience with Club Rec at Pineview Lake. Thankfully the lake was up this year and my son and I had a blast using the fishing pontoon. Club Rec was very flexible on a last second booking due to weather conditions, which worked out great for us. We had one of those epic days that we will not forget. Paul was super helpful and the whole process of renting, launching, and loading was perfect. Thank You!
