I went to Clear Quality Auto Glass for a windshield replacement on my Tesla Model Y based on their promise to replace and tint the windshield simultaneously. While Dustin was very nice and genuinely trying to help, my experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. They ordered the wrong windshield three times, and I had to go back to the shop each time, only for them to realize it wasn’t the correct one. Not only was he very welcoming, he was upfront with the entire process, made my repair affordable and was very accommodating to get me in, especially given it was the holidays. We had gone to Vegas for new years, we accidentally broke our back window trying to reverse park at one of the garage parking. We called here that same day, and they were able to fix our window the next morning! They were so nice to us! It took less than an hour to get it done!
