We were without water. It ended up being a control box for the well pump system. I called them around 8AM. They arrived by 9.15AM & were done around 10AM. I now have water again. Thank you!!! They were prompt, courteous and took care of the issue.
Let’s start here; I have no idea of price industry wide. This was an emergency job that was kind of time sensitive. Meaning, I had a limited availability of time. Being it an out of water situation, I had less options to be price hunting with no water and less time to schedule an overall solution. It had been 12 years since our last well clean out and we were noticing an odor in our water so we scheduled a well clean out. Super easy to schedule with an appointment within days of calling. Friendly and professional guys did the actual work and performed the 6 point inspection as well and found our pressure tank on our constant pressure pump had low air pressure. Words can not express how much I appreciated C&J getting us taken care of so quickly. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought I was their only customer & focus - it was fantastic. From the moment I placed the call that we needed a new well installed, to the moment the final person left once it was completed... top notch experience from beginning to end. Thank you.
About two weeks ago, my pressure tank sprung a really bad leak. I called C&J well company that evening, got their answering service, and left the message. I gotta call early the next morning. They were here by noon and took them about an hour and I had water agai & a new pressure tank and the service was just great. The techs that came out were extremely polite. Did a great job and didn't leave a mess. Thank you C&J Well for coming so quickly to my rescue.
