These are now my guys... I have had them out twice, for 2 different issues. Each guy that has come out has been outstanding... professional and knowledgeable. C&J Well Co is going to be my go to well service provider. They have been incredibly informative even over simple phone calls. After months of back and forth with other plumbing companies who wanted me to pay thousands for water filtration and treatment systems, C&J Well Co sent out a technician to do a free water analysis. He was able to identify the age of our softener (which no one was able to do previously) and that it was running on eco mode instead of the mode needed for well. Our water suddenly stopped working and we called several different companies. We were thrilled to get a callback and a next day appointment with Tommy. He diagnosed our problem quickly and got us back running again quickly. He was professional and kept in touch with us as he was headed this way. After he left we had another problem that he rapidly solved with a text. We are so glad that we found this Company and had this technician who was really fantastic! Totally recommend him.
Today Tommy J. and Steve W, came to our house and fixed our well. Both Tommy and Steve were very professional, honest and polite. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing their well repaired. They went out of their way to make sure the job was properly repaired, and made sure my wife and I were satisfied. I am glad that Tommy and Steve were sent to our house. Again both of them were 100% knowledgable, went right to work when they arrived, and had our well fixed in just about one hour. Kudos to Tommy and Steve !
Had to call C & J out to replace our well pump... were on site within the hour I called. Timely, efficient and very respectful service. Gary and Abinhour were able to diagnose a bad pump and replace it within a couple of hours. Loved having these gentlemen out to service our system (you can trust these two men). It is working great!
