UPDATE: Shortly after this review was posted, the owner contacted me via phone to discuss my experience. He was very nice and offered to send another tech out to inspect our pressure issue. The team that came out was very nice and thorough in their assessment. I appreciate their follow up, kindness, and care for their customers. As such, I have updated my rating from 3 stars to 5. C & J Well Company personnel are fantastic. They are personable, friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We had noticed a marshy area develop in our side yard and had no idea why. We called C & J Well Company as just as place to start in hopes they could give us a clue as to what was happening. Michael and Brad were rock stars. They stayed lated and refused to leave the job unfinished, and at 6 at night I have water again. I will use only C and J from here out. Leigh Robison, Greenfield.
Brad was amazing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, thought outside of the box with our crazy well issues and was hilarious too. He answered all our questions… and we had a LOT of questions. He helped our pricing and really looked out for us. He has made permanent customers of us!!!
