Great experience. We purchased a CF Moto ZForce 950 Sport side by side and 2 Apollo VRX 125 kids quads, with helmets for our kids. Our Salesman Ryan was very knowledgeable and patient. The finance guy Kevin made it seem effortless and everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend CG Open Road to anyone looking for some off road toys.
We initially bought our ATV from them over a year ago and recently purchased our Travel Trailer. Ryan and Kevin were incredibly helpful throughout both experiences. I was excited to get my first motorbike. Sales rep was very kind and helped me pick the right one and would have it delivered to me. Took me a month to get my license. The battery in the bike doesn't work. Dealer was not at all helpful with this. Contacted the manufacturer and they want me to get a diagnostic done. The dealer in my city said a diagnostic is not covered by warranty and will start at $165/hr. It's completely unreasonable that I have to pay to fix a bike that has zero km on that I spent 10k to get.... read more
Sales guys were great. Very informative and easy to talk to, however, come time to talk to the finance guy it all went downhill. He has terrible customer service “skills” extremely rude and less than helpful. He should consider looking for a job he’s not required to work with customers. He was the reason we decided to take our business elsewhere and thank god we did!
