I've been a customer for nearly 15 years. If there is a problem, they address it. My lawn is lovely and since my neighbor and I started with Certified, we have nearly the whole street! Sadly my neighbor to the west has a lovely crop of dandeiions and I know the bees need them, so the ones that grow in my flower beds get to survive.
