This place is ridiculously priced. Sure, big units are great, but they don't keep up on maintenance. They aren't visually appealing and look like they are going to fall apart from the outside. Owners need to wake up and stop raising a price on something that isn't worth it.
Central Valparaiso Storage has VERY Reasonable Prices, Secure Gated Pin Code Access and Security Cameras!!! A GREAT Maintenance Technician and Charity goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate Customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍.
Easy online no contact rental and payments at affordable prices compared to industry standard prices. When actual human contact was necessary the person I talked to was very polite helpful and went above and beyond to be helpful.
I moved out of a unit into a larger unit and they continued to charge me for the smaller unit and say that I still have stuff in the smaller unit. They even locked me out the gate and till I paid for two months for the smaller unit I wasnt using. They still have it on my account and I will be moving out ASAP because it's not my fault some put stuff in the unit after I moved out of it.
Clean and reasonable . I also liked the security code we have to use to get in. This is my second time renting here .
