Horrible, Horrible, horrible! I can share all the service calls since receiving our new freestanding fireplace that they butchered installing. Please stay away!!! They can't service their poor work! Owner Kevin refuses to support the customer and constantly backs the company. Looks decent from far, but remember this was a brand new install with remote capabilities. No heat ! Started with a call to Laura,she sent out a technician promptly. After arrival was determined we needed a new furnace, hot water tank, and new piping. Dave shows up explained thoroughly our options. Pricing everything. The next day Nicholas and Shane show up to do the work. They were so professional, explaining everything we asked as they work to get back our heat. Lastly, Jake came today to clean our ducts. They have been looking after us for HVAC systems since I first hired them to install a gas fitting for our BBQ. Luckily we have never needed them for an emergency however they have always been flexible in scheduling service. Their techs are knowledgeable and thorough as well as polite and respectful of our property. Office team has been very efficient and helpful. Rating is the highest I give so 4out of 5 is excellent.
I was very pleased with the help and service Central Heating provided for me and my family. I was surprised when I called at 7:30 AM and the phone was answered immediately by Laura, no answering machine, first bonus. then she sent Rich out that morning to look at the hot water tank, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Another provider had come to our home to perform their Annual Maintenance on our 13-year old furnace. They had visited earlier in the year and told me that the gas pressure at the meter was fine but had dropped significantly at the furnace, yet decided that no further action was required as long as Enbridge checked it out. Enbridge came and found no problems with the pressure at the furnace.
