Incredible service by Niall and Central Heating! We had a new pool heater installed this July and are grateful for the work completed by Niall ... both the shutoff and the reconnection. From the swift and friendly response when we first called ... to the on-site work completed so quickly. Niall really took the time to explain what needed to be done and even left the site looking better than it did before! My husband is especially impressed with the paint work on the piping... thank you so much!
Horrible, Horrible, horrible! I can share all the service calls since receiving our new freestanding fireplace that they butchered installing. Please stay away!!! They can't service their poor work! Owner Kevin refuses to support the customer and constantly backs the company. Looks decent from far, but remember this was a brand new install with remote capabilities. Stay away from this company Furnace and heat pump installed 2 years ago. Water line from furnace was installed above so water dripping caused furnace/heat exchanger to rust which cost us an extra $2600 to fix. After furnace was installed they cleaned the ductwork and pulled out the coil which resulted in us having to get a coil redone. They sat on my brand new dryer and damaged it (it was finally replaced by them). They made extra holes in foundation and did a patch job covering up.
