Fantastic!! Highly recommend. From booking to the cleaning was a wonderful experience! Joe came out and was professional and amazing!
Polite, professional, and efficient. I looked at the previous reviews and I’ve had multiple carpet companies clean my carpet, but this one was the best so far and the results were awesome.
They were early for the appointment. I was told 12pm-1pm and they arrived 1123am. Not bad but did throw me off schedule a bit. Took the technician about 20 mins for prep and set up. He was very nice and friendly. And did his job very neat and efficiently. We do live in a townhouse so we did get the stairs down. He left water behind which he did clean up after I brought it to his attention. He did throw in some simple rugs while here so added a start. 4/5
