Davantae was amazing and efficient! He was here on time, super sweet, and really took great care of our cleaning needs. Super stoked with how clean our carpet is thanks to him. Very highly recommend! Needed to get carpet cleaned at last minute. They came in two days to clean carpet after sellers moved out of our new house. They did a good job, efficient, nice and courteous and great customer service. Paul did an awesome job!!
Just had The Carpet Monkeys out for a job and these guys are the real deal. Dani at HQ made scheduling ridiculously easy and actually communicated like a human being, which is rarer than it should be in this industry. Darin handled the field work and his attention to detail was next level. He didn't cut a single corner, moved with purpose, and left everything looking better than I expected. We had our sectional sofa cleaned. Tech arrived on time. They were great with keeping in contact. Pricing was fair. Tech was friendly and informative. Sofa turned out very clean! Would definitely recommend and would use their services again.
