Great first time experience working with Carpet Monkey. Trevan was amazing, he was punctual, efficient and left my carpets looking brand new! I would recommend they to anyone looking for good pricing, friendly staff and efficient work.
Great communication from beginning and when tech was on his way. Travon was great and did a great job. He was professional, polite and gave me all of the information needed. I would highly recommend carpet monkey to anyone and will call them again if needed for other areas of our home.
Joseph always does a great job, very professional and personable. However I don't appreciate not getting a quote to let me know that the price has gone up significantly.
