We used Carpet Monkeys again today to clean the upholstery of 3 pieces of furniture. We initially hired them last May for grout cleaning. Master Service Tech Joe K. did a great job and it was no different today. The furniture had been in storage for sometime and they needed a cleaning. They looked great after Joe's dedicated effort. I highly recommend Carpet Monkeys and their top notch service!
Moved into a new place and dog kept having accidents on the carpet. I tried every home remedy to remove the smell and only seemed to make it worse. So much worse that it was at first only isolated upstairs but spread to the entire house (up and down). Found carpet monkey. Appointment was easy to book; the rep was really nice and very informative. They came within a few days of contact. Dog pee smell is completely gone a few days after the service.
